Vacation rentals with beach access in Santo Tomas

We really appreciated the availability and quality of the information provided by Anna, especially on access, restaurants and must-see places in Menorca in June. The interior was tastefully decorated and it was as described and well-equipped. The only downside is the view, which is not sea and on an abandoned tennis court (pity) and the noise because the corridors resonated a lot. Despite this, the location is ideal because it is very close to the Ciutadela (10 min by car is essential), the Cami Cavalls, the trail that runs around the island and is just incredible! We will keep a very good memory of this cove with our sunset aperitifs on the beach :-)

We found ourselves in a lovely apartment with a very quiet surrounding and the perfect size for a couple. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is very clean. We were positively surprised to not only find towels for the bathroom, but for the beach as well. There are a few restaurants very close by and the beautiful beach and food stores are in close walking distance. We could eat on the small terrace from where you can see a bit of the ocean. Sadly, the sun would never touch the terrace and it sometimes felt a bit like a cave, with a cozy interior though. This might be perfect during the hot summertime, but it’s a bit cold for the end of September. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our one week stay very much and would recommend it warmly.

The apartment is in a good area, very close to Ciudadela and a good base to visit the island's coves. In addition, on the floor you will find a beach umbrella, tapers, a portable fabric refrigerator, cards and many other things that you can take to the beach. We didn't get to use the pool due to lack of time, but it seemed very quiet and easily accessible.

Stay in late April early May at Elke's apartment. The apartment is cute, very well equipped including beach equipment, the beds are very comfortable (Emma mattress), local services (bread, small supermarket...) in short, everything for a perfect and quiet stay in this season. Elke answered any questions we had in a timely manner. To be done again without hesitation 🙂

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Clean, modern, everything we needed. My husband and l have just returned from this beautiful apartment, we miss it already! The view is amazing, the apartment is quiet, cool and comfortable and has everything you would need. We rented a car, and it was a great base to explore the island, but also within walking distance of great restaurants and a beautiful beach. Just perfect! We hope to return!

David was a very friendly and helpful host. He bought some pool inflatables for us to use on our first day and had provided a large bottle of water in the fridge, both that we were extremely grateful for on our arrival. The apartment has everything you could need and the air con works great in the main area and master bedroom. There was a large fan for the other bedroom that we used. David recommended a fabulous restaurant and it was as good as he said! The area is fantastic and you can walk to all amenities but it is hilly- we enjoyed taking the steps but you can walk around the road for a gentler route if preferred. There is a supermarket 5 mins walk away that bakes fresh baguettes and pastries every day- we definitely took advantage of this! There are tortoises in the garden, which are delightful. The pool is a brilliant size and there are comfortable sunbeds to use. Thank you David and Bea for a lovely stay, we will always have wonderful memories of our time at El Limonero. 😊

We had a lovely week The house was perfect for us, as described. We had everything we needed. The set of houses is charming, with a very large pool and not very busy in this season, so ideal. The sea is very close with a beautiful white sand cove. The two nearby restaurants are very good, with a special mention for "l'opera" and its Italian/Spanish waiter. The seafood risotto is delicious😊.

The major asset of this villa is undeniably Felix, who is very friendly, available, friendly, responsive and was able to offer us many things to do on the island. Son Bou, place of the villa, is 30 minutes drive from all the places on the island, it is very central. The villa itself is nice. On rainy days, there are many choices to take care of inside (swimming pool, foosball, gym...). The bedding is comfortable and we enjoyed the cabinets to store our belongings. Before Easter, not all shops are open, but there was the essentials (bakery, a few restaurant bars in Son Bou). The sunsets on the beach are beautiful and especially 10 minutes walk. The view from the terrace also allows you to contemplate them without walking. The kitchen is equipped and allows cooking with utensils such as strainer, whisk etc. There were my cleaning products available. In summary, a nice place to discover the island.

We had a great vacation with my son. The season hadn't started yet at the end of April so it was very quiet and we were able to enjoy the paddle tennis court and pool area. A beautiful beach was nearby about 3 minutes walk. The accommodation is even better in real life than in the photos. A little touch was there when we arrived which I enjoyed very much. Gabriele was very responsive to my messages and gave me lots of recommendations. I had a problem with my rental car and I'm glad he helped me. It was a great vacation. If I go back to Menorca, I'll go back without so much as a second thought!!

We had a lovely stay at Beatriz’s place. Lovely private garden, all the amenities you could need inside and the shared pool was also nice a quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a brilliant time at this accommodation, villa was exactly as described. Beautiful views of the sea and beach. Recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in the area.

I cannot recommend this villa enough, the photographs do not do it justice- it felt much more spacious than in the pictures. We were a group of 6 adults and 1 baby and this had everything we could have needed and more! Odile was very responsive to my questions and even accommodated a slightly earlier check-in (we had a very early flight and a 6 month old baby), despite having been rented out beforehand. The rooms were large, airy and spotlessly clean. The decor was very tasteful. The outside space was fantastic with a larger pool than we have had before in villas. We spent most of our time outside when we were there and it was great to have options. We especially loved that we could walk to a lovely beach and shops and restaurants. We wanted a relaxing family holiday and that is exactly what we got. Having never been to Menorca before, we already plan to return and wouldn’t hesitate to book this villa again (in fact, I think I would be disappointed to go anywhere else now!).

Jorge is precise, flexible and efficient for all the necessary directions. Clean, tidy apartment in Menorcan style. The location of the apartment is excellent both for enjoying the beach below on foot and as a starting point by car to explore the island. Highly recommended!

An ideal apartment! With all the comforts, a well-equipped kitchen and great views of the lighthouse. The pool is also great. We'll be back!

Rosa's apartment is located in a quiet area on a hill, not far from the beach, small supermarkets and good restaurants The terrace overlooks the street but the passage is not very frequent and annoying The apartment is well arranged and we have the necessary Rosa is very responsive if you ask her. Their instructions for finding and settling into the place are clear We had a great time in Cala Galdana which is well located for exploring the island
