Ottima esperienza con Piera. Soggiorno per due, con esigenze particolari e orari non comodissimi per il check-in. La disponibilità di Piera si è contraddistinta, per la sua gentilezza e flessibilità nell’accettare le condizioni proposte. Casa molto carina e tranquilla, consiglio vivamente per un esperienza fuori dalla confusione ma vicina al mare (che dista poco). Casa ordinata e pulita, ottima qualità prezzo. Dovessimo ripassare sicuramente ci fermeremmo volentieri!

Questa è la terza volta che siamo da Maria Cristina e Elisa. Sempre perfetto! Questa volta eravamo in 5 ma siamo venuti anche in coppia, soli con il cane, etc. è proprio un Oasis di relax, con buone viste e privacy. Vorremo venire al meno una volta al mese! La casa al interno è bella, ha tutti i dettagli per farla diventare una casa propria.

Alloggio splendido! ci è piaciuto molto come è arredato l'interno e l'esterno. Il giardino mi è piaciuto particolarmente. tanti angoli suggestivi da scoprire, con statue nascoste nel verde e piccoli tavolini. Location ideale per passare un weekend nel verde in relax lontano dalla città.

Magnifique logement dans un endroit splendide ! Une hôte attentionnée et d'une très grande gentillesse ! La literie est super confortable et le logement est comme sur les photos. Le petit déjeuner est génial ! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

È stata una bellissima esperienza, in una casa che dire perfetta è dire poco: parcheggio privato, casa fornitissima di tutto, molto pulita, silenziosa, un ottimo materasso, anche la possibilità di mangiare fuori grazie ad un terrazzino privato. Il tutto inserito nel contesto del piccolo paese di Pitelli, una frazione a 8 km da La Spezia, che dispone di un ottimo supermarket, una pizzeria, un circolo Arci, una macelleria ed anche una farmacia! Tutto a 3/4 minuti massimo a piedi da casa. Posizione invidiabile, servizio da parte dell'host impeccabile e attento alle nostre esigenze: non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

Alessia et Carlo sont des hôtes comme nous aimerions en voir de partout : disponibilité, réactivité, gentillesse, accueil, et serviabilité sont au rendez-vous. Ils sont d'excellent conseils et d'une patience incroyable pour quiconque ne maitrise pas l'italien. La maison est idéalement située à 10 minutes en voiture de La Spézia et Alessia vous donnera tous les bons tuyaux pour se stationner gratuitement près de la gare. Non loin du golf des poètes et de Portovenere, le village de Ricco del Golfo est au calme et avec des commerces de proximités très agréables (pasticeria, cafeteria, restaurant très bon marché) . Quand à la maison, elle est spacieuse, très pratique, bien équipée comme annoncée et propreté irréprochable. Nous avons aimé la proximité immédiate pour les cinque terre, le golf des poètes mais aussi la proximité avec la Toscane car nous avons en effet pu, depuis la maison partir sur la Toscane et visiter Florence Sienne et Pise. Wir waren über Weihnachten und Sylvester dort… Das kleine ligurische Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung… es ist schön, aber etwas eng und die steile Treppe mitunter lästig. .. Leider ist auch der Parkplatz etwas entfernt und auch in der Wintersaison recht voll. Roberta ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns persönlich sehr herzlich mit zahlreichen Präsenten begrüßt und sich viel Zeit für unsere Einweisung genommen. Auch als es später abends Probleme mit dem Wasser gab, hat sie sich sofort eingesetzt und das Problem kurzfristig behoben… Herzlichen Dank an Roberta für ihre freundliche und hilfreiche Betreuung und für den angenehmen Aufenthalt. Auch wenn der Strand etwas entfern ist, ist das Haus eine Perle! Wir wünschen alles Gute für das Neue Jahr! Gabi und Falko

Matteo’s house is clean and cozy. The view is absolutely stunning and the location is so prefect to explore the Cinque Terre area. It was only a 10 min drive to Riomaggiore and from there another 10 mins to Manarola. The only problem is the limited spots for parking. So we drove to La Spezia and parked our car near the station there and took the train from La Spezia to all the villages. Breakfast was provided by Matteo and he kept checking in to see if we need anything. He and his wife are very sweet people and we highly recommend their home!

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

Wunderschön in der Natur gelegene Unterkunft in den Bergen weit weg vom Trubel. Super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Traumhaft schöner Garten und toller Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

the house was really nice, located on a quiet hillside with no neighbors around, so you had a lot of privacy. It had three clean and beautiful bedrooms, and the house stayed cool during hot weather, which was really refreshing. We even had a friendly cat as a neighbor, and the host, Elisa, was super responsive and helpful. Everything in the kitchen was well-equipped, so cooking was easy and convenient.

Hier ist die überarbeitete Version mit dem Zusatz zur Umgebung und dem Wunsch, wiederzukommen: ⸻ Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen, idyllischen Gegend und ist perfekt, um abzuschalten und zu entspannen. Das Haus war sauber und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Ilaria war jederzeit freundlich und unkompliziert – alles hat super geklappt. Das Highlight ist der große, sehr gepflegte Garten mit vielen verschiedenen Pflanzen – ein richtig schönes, grünes Paradies. Der Pool macht das Ganze noch besser. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

Beautiful, and peaceful…just the singing of swallows in the morning. Everything you want to wake up to in the morning….a beautiful view, the option of a morning swim, and a baker who delivers. I’d advise getting up with the sunrise and sitting on the terrace with your coffee, the birds and the mountains. Francesca is super flexible and helpful for everything. It’s a few minutes drive from Barga which, although is small, has several excellent restaurants

Wir hatten eine sehr entspannten und wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Zivile und Dante. Inmitten traumhafter Natur liegt dieses kleine Paradies, das v.a. noch durch die besondere Energie seiner Bewohner*innen zu einem Ort für tiefe Erholung und Verbindung wird. Wir haben die Zeit in unserem Häuschen, die Erfrischung am Pool, die Natur, die liebenswerten Haustiere und auch jede Begegnung mit Zivile sehr genossen. Ein besonderes Erlebnis war die Vollmondzeremonie und eine energetische Behandlung. Für Menschen mit spirituellem Sinn und Sehnsucht nach Ruhe und Erdung ist dies genau der richtige Platz.

Simply unbelievable – a secluded haven with everything you'd want from a holiday home in the Italian countryside. We spent 6 days with our two young kids at Monica's place, and had one of the best holidays ever. The house is beautiful, well-equipped and charming, and the views are out of this world. Sunset out of the bedroom window will stay with me forever! Then there's the gardens - lots of room for kids to run around in complete safety, with a large infinity pool (cold in May, but still enjoyed every day by us and the kids… the view was so beautiful I proposed to my fiancee there 🥳), and also a playground and outdoor bowls lane. There's an excellent restaurant within 5 minutes walk, but Sillico is a quiet, beautiful medieval hamlet and not much more – be aware that to get anywhere you'll need to drive 12 minutes down quite a narrow twisty road. It didn't bother me, but just something to be aware of for less confident drivers. Overall: one of the best places I've ever stayed!

Abbiamo passato un soggiorno tranquillo a casa di Rosanna. Accoglienza famigliare, ampi spazi molto curati e immersi nelle prime montagne dopo Sarzana. La casa è molto fresca e offre un bel giardino pieno di fiori con portico, tavolo e alcune sedute. Non abbiamo usufruito della piscina perché non era ancora iniziata la stagione, ma abbiamo apprezzato il prato circostante con gli ulivi e uno scivolo per bambini. Rosanna e la sua famiglia sono molto gentili e ospitali e ci hanno dato dei buoni consigli sulla zona. Consigliamo il soggiorno!

Anna’s apartment was absolutely dreamy it felt like stepping back in time. She paid attention to even the tiniest details, carefully preserving original paints and walls, which gave the space a truly unique glamour. Anna herself was so friendly, flexible, and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and welcoming. It was the perfect weekend getaway to detox and unwind from busy city life. Highly recommend!

Eine ruhige, fast vergessene, aber charmante Umgebung. Ideal, um sich zu erholen und in die Weite zu schauen. Wer es individuell und einsam mag, ist hier richtig. Die Kommunikation mit Eric war schnell und unkompliziert.

Der Aufenthalt bei Alessandro und Diego war sehr schön. Es war alles sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet (auch mit Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, etc.), im Bad gab es Shampoo und Duschgel, generell viel Platzangebot,…. Zur Lage: zu Fuß kann man eher nicht viel erreichen, das stört uns aber nicht, da wir immer mit dem Auto unterwegs sind. Supermarkt ist ca 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt, der nächste Strand ca 15-20 min, … Es ist zu erwähnen, dass von 11 Nächten 2-3 Abende (20-23 Uhr vielleicht) Militärübungen auf dem nahegelegenen millitärgelände gemacht worden sind, was schon sehr laut war (Hubschrauber). Ansonsten gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Ringsum sieht man zahlreiche Hügel, im Garten kann man den Sonnenuntergang genießen und durch den tollen Grill und Backofen draußen richtig toll kochen / grillen. This is a gem of a place. The name says “Tiny” but it is not tiny at all. It’s very spacious! Good location, close to nice beaches. Large supermarket close by. Very quiet compound. Inside was cool despite blistering heat outside. Fantastic amenities. Everything we needed and more. Will come again and will recommend others ;)

Roby est un super hôte, qui donne de bon conseil. Le logement était très propre, avec tout ce qu’il fallait. Environnement paisible et agréable ! ☀️

This airbnb is fantastic! The furniture, includig the bed, was comfortable, the shower had powerful pressure and lots of hot water, and the kitchen was well equipped with a huge fridge. The stars of the place were the views. After exploring the Cinque Terre for two hectic days with lots of crowds, it was lovely to come home to enjoy peace. The view of the pastel coloured medieval town of Arcola from the balcony, I believe, was better than the views in Cinque Terre, because of the castle and church there that is lit up at night, and the lush ravine below with birds singing and three donkeys in the distance that you can admire in relaxation and quiet. No crowds of tourists! We planned on 4 nights here; 2 days in Cinque Terre and one day to enjoy this beautiful place. We loved eating our lunch in the shade of the olive tree with views of the mountains in the distance and the beautiful town. Book here with an extra night to enjoy some amazing relaxation. You will never forget it!
