Great home will definitely rent again

I can’t say enough about this place! It is the perfect home away from home. The kitchen has all of the appliances and utensils needed to prepare a full meal and you can enjoy a short or long stay here and have everything you need. The place was clean, felt secure, and is walking distance to restaurants, stores, bars, etc. I loved the white bedding and towels because it was easy to wash and disinfect with Clorox. The washer and dryer in the unit is also a plus. Mariano is very responsive and flexible. The only downside was the pool is located on the 2nd floor and doesn’t get sun so the water is always cold, but this has nothing to do with the host or the unit. I used the balcony to get sun and it worked out. Beautiful place and I will stay again!

I highly recommend it, we stayed for a few days with family and everything was great. Doña Carmen is a lovely lady always willing to help, same with Any she was a great host, we are definitely coming back there. We are very thankful:)

This place was immaculate. It is incredibly spacious, near several shopping centers and definitely worth the price. Our host Rhudy was phenomenal. He was always swift with responses and assistance. We had issues with our WiFi and he came to fix it and on our last night around 1am our shower faucet broke and he responded in seconds and had maintenance team rectify the situation. Would definitely recommend. 5 stars

If it’s available, reserve it now! I stayed here for a month and it was incredible! It’s a 6 minute walk (I timed it) to the Downtown Center with the Carrefour supermarket, SmartFit gym, movie theater (with recliner seats!), and restaurants. There are 2 great restaurants - one Japanese and the other Chinese) - that are literally steps away. As for the building and apartment, it’s better than you can imagine. The jacuzzis (2) and outdoor space on the rooftop are perfect for get-togethers and hot days. Security (Manuel) and the building maintenance (Ruben) will go beyond expectations. The building will even come to your door twice (10am/4pm) a day to collect trash! My first choice for any future stays in Santo Domingo!

This place is safe and close to high end restaurants. The balcony has an awesome view of the area.

Un apartamento muy muy cómodo, con todo lo necesario para nosotros (fui con mi esposa), la ubicación es excelente, todo funciona bien, el anfitrión es muy flexible y comprensivo y siempre esta atento a tus inquietudes, a darte recomendaciones de la zona y en general a brindarte soluciones. El apartamento esta en perfecto estado, la fachada del edificio está deteriorada en su parte estética pero eso es algo ajeno al propietario del alojamiento y a la experiencia que vives dentro de el, que es excelente. Muy recomendado

Tuve el placer de hospedarme en el apartamento de Ronald y fue una experiencia maravillosa. El apartamento estaba impecablemente limpio y bien organizado, lo que hizo que mi estancia fuera cómoda y relajante. La ubicación del apartamento es ideal, con fácil acceso a restaurantes, tiendas y atracciones locales. La decoración del apartamento es elegante y acogedora, creando un ambiente hogareño. Además, Ronald fue muy atento y se aseguró de que tuviéramos todo lo que necesitábamos durante nuestra estancia. En resumen, recomiendo encarecidamente el apartamento de Airbnb de Ronald a cualquiera que busque una estancia confortable y conveniente. ¡Gracias, Ronald, por hacer que nuestro viaje fuera inolvidable!

This was my second visit to this host but different apartment, and as expected everything was impeccable and to my satisfaction. I do highly recommend this lovely space so warm and inviting. I will definitely keep coming back. Definitely recommend all to discover this hidden gem .

Great place, close to everything. peaceful and safe, with a kitchen with everything needed to make meals. Great bathroom with hot water, nice comfortable bedroom. I always stay with Fran if the apartment is available.

Amazing place. Excellent service. The security guards and Rafael were very helpful and friendly. Location perfect. We always stay at BG luxury apartments since they are located near all restaurants, malls and entertainment places. Bolívar is always available for any question or resolution of any issues. We will continue to stay there.

The property is well located, close to El Malecón, restaurants and supermarkets. It is between the Colonial Zone and the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo, which was good for us, as we were participating in a sporting event at the university and when the event activities were over, we could enjoy the amenities of the Colonial Zone. The property is comfortable for large groups. The hosts were always available to answer questions or resolve any needs. Our experience was excellent.

This is a great guest house situated close to the Park Miradur Sur in a great neighborhood in Santo Domingo. The place has old sophisticated charm and is very welcoming. You will not find better hospitality elsewhere! Thanks Cristina for being great hosts, and blessings to your family.

Me encantó la experiencia de alojamiento. Bello apartamento, ubicado en un área tranquila y segura, cuenta con parqueo, supermercado a distancia de caminata. Con seguridad en mi próxima visita a República Dominicana, me quedaré en este lugar de nuevo.

Luzi es una mujer adorable 100% recomendable, su alojamiento es tal cual lo describe, pequeño pero muy limpio y fresco, muy central, quede muy satisfecho y claro que volveria. para movilizarse utilicen uber o DIDI precios muy favorables, del aeropuerto al alojamiento vale 20 dolares, dentro de la ciudad los recorridos salen en 2 dólares.
