The apartment is very beautiful! The views are incredible and the location is great, with a market and other shops nearby. In addition, access is very easy. The host helped me a lot with all the questions and answered promptly. Check-in and checkout were super smooth and overall I felt at home!

their space Carlos is even more beautiful than in the pictures. It was extremely clean and complete, it has absolutely EVERYTHING. Colchao and IMPECCABLE bed and bath linens! Ateinha de cabelo. Carlos was a very dear host and responded quickly the times I needed it! If you go to Floripa and want to stay in a beautiful and quiet place, here is your place. I'll always come back!

It was my first experience with Airbnb and Bruno has already set the bar high! He was an extremely helpful host from start to finish, making the delivery of keys for check-in and checkout flexible, suggesting the cheapest and tastiest place to eat nearby and being ready for anything we might need! The studio is wonderful! Everything is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. And the hot tub was an incredible differential! The location is also great, with several options for eating, pharmacy, grocery store, shopping and etc. nearby. Simply a perfect experience!

Juliana is one of the best hosts I've experienced, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at her home and with her playful and friendly cats. Good location for beach through a exotic and a little hidden lagoon pathway, and good distance to the market for groceries. I would love to come visit again!

Our stay was wonderful! The house is spacious, beautiful, clean, fun, very well located... you don't need to use the car, there are great restaurants, bars, shops, banks, pharmacies, market...everything is very close! And the Lagoon is beautiful in this place and super close! The house has everything you need and more...extremely clean towels and bed linen! The pool water on the first day had not warmed up enough because it was very cold, but from the next day it was already delicious! The view from the house's viewpoint is very beautiful! Very comfortable beds and great showers! Anyway, I highly recommend it...Guilherme is super attentive! We love the house and the whole place!

Great accommodation! The house is amazing, super cozy, clean, illuminated, amazing energy! For the more limited, it is worth remembering that the house is on a steep slope, which on rainy days cars cannot climb, but it is only 5 minutes walking, it is not a big deal. The hike is super worthwhile as soon as you enter the listing. Carol is super communicative, always responding quickly giving all the support possible. Super would come back!

The house was in excellent condition inside a peaceful condomínio. The spaces are just as described and every part of the house is in good condition. It is worth renting a car to stay in this area as there are not many things to do within walking distance.

Ricardo & Gabriela were great hosts! Great communication and the rental was amazing. The apartment had everything we needed - comfortable beds, washer/dryer, kitchen supplies for cooking and eating, 2 bathrooms with hot showers, and more. The condominium also has a wonderful pool, hot tub, sauna, play room for kids, and a beautiful walkway that goes down to the beach. We saw so much wildlife on the walkway and on the beach! Capybaras, monkeys, turtles, crabs, and many beautiful birds. Within walking distance of the apt there's a supermarket and a few restaurants, so if you don't feel like driving but need some food or home supplies, it's not a problem! Gabriela was very helpful with quick responses to all of our messages. Our stay was so good we were looking at prices of homes in the neighborhood because this is just an amazing place. 10/10 one of the best places we've ever been.

New, cozy, well-decorated, clean, very well-located apartment with all the amenities for a perfect stay. I recommend it. Host Gabriela is uniquely attentive to guests, always attentive and available to help with anything. Anyway, when I return to Florianópolis to stay in Campeche, I already have the right address.
