Very cozy and comfortable house, clean and organized, great location for those who need to go to the OPUS ARENA

We traveled as a couple to Florianópolis and our experience was perfect. Check-in was super fast with the internet information, electronic lock password and parking reservation already in hand before we arrived. The apartment has an amazing view and even with construction work in the building next door, the noise was unnoticeable. The view of the pool is surreal and the neighborhood has many things nearby, such as a supermarket, restaurants, the Hercílio Luz bridge, the center and the Santa Rita Warehouse, all of which can be reached on foot without any sacrifice. Good bed, good internet, ideal utensils for food, bathroom with faucet and hot and cold water shower. Very quiet. We love it and hope to come back and stay again. Julia, always helpful, allowed us to check out a little later and left us chocolate and water as treats. Worth every penny.

Excellent stay, we will certainly return more often. Super-equipped and tasteful apartment, perfect location to enjoy everything on the coast, including good restaurants. And Dyego is an excellent host, willing to make your stay as comfortable and peaceful as possible. I recommend it 100%!

The house is amazing! The view is perfect! The Jacuzzi was key! The house is excellent in every detail. We went on a cold weekend and there were blankets for everyone! A delight! The only thing that didn't match the quality of everything else was the beds and mattresses. We'll be back for sure

It was an amazing experience. Super quiet place, for those looking for tranquility, with a lot of nature. Wonderful view. The host Michel, super receptive and very flexible, has taken care of us whenever we need it. The house was spotless, as described. Very complete and cozy, we felt at home. I spent incredible days at this location. The path to get there is a little long, but it's well worth it. The house is beautiful and extremely cozy. We even took some items thinking they might be missing, but there were even more things. I can't even describe the landscape, it's so extraordinary, the photos don't match the beauty of this place. Martin was super attentive and responded quickly. He gave me all the information I needed, and I didn't have to bother him too much. In short, one of the best places I've ever stayed. ❤️

Simply Perfect! We arrived at this place by chance, due to an unforeseen event with another reservation due to a power outage, but today I am sure that it was God's care. He prepared this place for us — and it was much better than we could have imagined. The view is breathtaking, the jacuzzi is wonderful, and the peace we felt there was indescribable. The house is super organized, clean, cozy and well-equipped. Hosts were extremely considerate and kind. Even with everything being resolved at the last minute, in about 1h30 everything was ready to welcome us. They were quick, clear and very careful, they answered all my questions with patience and goodwill. We went with my in-laws, who were also enchanted by the place — and we are already organizing the next trip. Everything went beyond expectation. Gratitude for the whole experience and for so much care in the details. We'll definitely be back!

Our stay in the apartment was wonderful. Comfortable, clean apartments with a large terrace overlooking the ocean. The host was always available if any assistance was needed. Thank you for the warm welcome, we will definitely come back again.

It was wonderful family days, the apartment, the location and the beach of the English complete perfectly for a spectacular mini vacation. I arrived at dusk and had a little difficulty accessing the lockbox, but Gabriel was very kind and sent me the video with the instructions again. Everything was as described: great location, super safe place, you can walk quietly through the streets. The studio was clean and tidy, comfortable mattress, spotless linens and wonderful shower. The local commerce is really quite diverse and the suggestions given by Gabriel and Fernanda were very helpful. I recommend it!!

My experience was simply excellent! From the time of arrival until check-out, everything went perfectly. The place is very well maintained, clean and exactly as described. I was very well received and felt comfortable throughout the stay. I have absolutely no complaints — everything was very good. I would definitely recommend and host again!
