Giovanni was super helpful for our stay! We needed parking and so he went out of his was to help out and offered us multiple options. Really enjoyed our stay in Parma it is a beauty city and his place is a great base to explore from!

Perfect apartment, surrounded by greenery and well connected!

Great place. Convenient location, although a bit tricky to reach by car. We ended up parking 8 min away and carrying our luggage. Would be nice to know in advance how to reach the side road for unloading. The place itself is spacious and comfortable, even though it is very echo-y. Air conditioning works beautifully.

This is an amazing space. Very very clean. Lots of amenities. And a porch to walk out on and look down at the square and look at the views and watch the Starlings. You can walk everywhere and lots of shops and restaurants. Lots of comfortable space.

I wish I could rate this as six stars. Everything about the location, apartment and host was spectacular. The view of the hills and mountains in the distance were worth the drive. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything we could want was provided. Mathieu is warm, friendly, and very helpful with his suggestions which were spot on.

Comfortable well placed apartment, within a reasonable walk to the city and with parking and a garage. Communications were prompt and very clear and helpful. The apartment is very well equipped and organised. It has an airy feel helped by the insect blinds, you do need to be able to walk upstairs.

Amazing place, with beautiful surroundings. Best equipped B&B I've ever stayed in. All amenities you could want, and the first place I've seen with a non stick pan that was still non stick :) Emilio was very responsive, and gave great instructions on everything you needed to know.. Check in and out were also a breeze! Would definitely visit again

Really lovely place, we felt right at home. Elena was always very responsive and helpful with everything, check-in and out was easy. Internet was fast and reliable with decent workspaces. We really appreciated the little details of having things like oil and herbs, etc, to use in the kitchen, rather than many bare bones Airbnbs that just have salt. Kitchen was very well equipped with pretty much everything you could need. Location is great, numerous stores in the area, including grocery stores, everything is very walkable. The only slightly negative thing is the bed is pretty noisy and squeaky when just shifting positions, which can be difficult if your partner is a light sleeper. But we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Parma -- and hopefully we do, because the food is incredible!

Conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and all the great places to visit in downtown Parma. The flat has a feeling of tranquility and is comfortable. We shared it the apartment with a friend it was great for that because it has 2 bathrooms that have their own showers in them.

We had a wonderful stay in Brescello at Mariacristina’s. Check-in was incredibly smooth, and the apartment was chic and clean with everything we needed, plus an adorable balcony. Our host was a warm, helpful and communicative. Thank you for your hospitality!

Alessandro sent us clear and precise instructions. This allowed us to arrive and leave independently. The apartment is very beautiful, functional and well-equipped. We enjoyed the air conditioning with temperatures of 38 degrees outside. Another appreciable point: we had access to a private and secure garage. No difficulty to go to the city center on foot in about 25 minutes. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Apartment is very clean, large, In a good location. Walkable to everything. they provided cookies, milk, jelly, toast, coffee and tea, a very nice touch. The bed were a little bit on the harder side but comfortable. Could use better pillows and 1 more per person. The neighborhood had a loud party until after 1am. That is no fault of Tetti Di Parma though. We would recommend and stay again if we return to Parma.

Highly recommended! Ideal accommodation for exploring Parma and its surroundings, especially if you arrive by car (accommodation located outside the ZTL and free parking nearby - at the bottom of the building if you're lucky or in the neighborhood within walking distance, many very good shops nearby and center easily accessible on foot in 25 minutes). The neighborhood is quiet and residential, authentic immersion with the locals. Spacious accommodation, very clean, comfortable bedding, as described, where you feel very good! (note for PRM: 2nd floor without elevator). You can follow Ottavia's recommendations without a second thought! Thank you Ottavia!

Large accommodation located in a large house with a very large garden. Ideal with young children. It has everything you need and the comfort for a pleasant stay. Neighbors are adorable. Rosella is an attentive and responsive host. We'll be back with pleasure and for a longer period this time. Thank you.

Excellent rental!! Paolo is an outstanding host and always available!! He gave us all the good addresses for our visits and restaurants. Feel free to book with him tours of the parmesan and parma ham factories (he even accompanied us)!! The pool and jacuzzi are exceptional! The accommodation is clean and fully equipped! Perfect breakfast!!Go there with your eyes closed. I highly recommend this listing!

Our stay in Brugnato was simply great! The location is ideal for excursions to Cinque Terre – quietly located, but super connected. The absolute highlight was the hot tub on the terrace – after a day of hiking and exploring the villages, it was simply priceless. The accommodation was cozy and well equipped – we felt completely comfortable. Thank you for this great break!

The perfect place to discover Parma. It is perfectly located to reach everything on foot and at the same time nice and quiet. A cute café right outside the front door - a few houses away a great trattoria. In addition, super nicely furnished - in the kitchen you will find everything you need to conjure up something at home (yes, at home😁). We felt very comfortable - for us there is now only one accommodation in Parma. :)

We would like to give more stars, as the stay was more than perfect. Incredibly clean and attention to detail. The family is super friendly and also gave us a small tour of the farm. The hospitality is great. We felt like at home. The spa is really clean and relaxing. We hope that we can arrange to see the accommodation and the family again. Thank you for the dairy products on arrival! Thanks to the host's tip, we ate at the "Ristorante Pizzeria al Caminetto" with Massimo in the evening. Authentic and incredibly delicious. Clear recommendation!

We had a very good time in the apartment, although it is a unique room with kitchen and room, it is quite spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is also spacious. In the garden there is a table with and a barbecue. You can leave your car in the free parking lot in front of the house. The area is quiet and close to many interesting castles to visit. The owner who lives above the apartment is very kind and always available.

A fantastic experience, the place was clean and well-stocked (a kitchen to be envious of those in the house), immersed in nature and tranquility. Dear managers, Truly a place to come back to.
