The accommodation is exactly as shown in the images published by the host, without a doubt, it meets all the requirements and more, to make the stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Additionally, Santiago's treatment was very pleasant and receptive, agreeing without problem to certain flexibility both at check-in and check-out. If I visit the city again, I would stay at this place again.

Everything was excellent, Fernando contacted me 4/5 days before the check-in date and was already available for anything we needed. On the day of our arrival, he was already waiting for us at the property, so check-in was quick. He was attentive to our needs at all times and is super friendly. As for the house, it's exactly as shown in the photos. The spaces are spacious and comfortable. The rooms are large and have spaces to store clothes. The house was in perfect hygienic condition. Totally recommendable.

We went for two days with my uncle for a sporting event and although it is far from downtown Santiago, you can get there quickly by car. House as described and both check-in and check-out very simple. I'd go again.

This apartment is so beautiful The views of the city make it twice as enjoyable. The fact that it is a penthouse gives us a lot of privacy from the rooms to the living room and kitchen and also the private patio with natural grass is a plus to consider! The covered patio is beautiful! Although there were cool days, having glazing around the living area is a drawback and can be used for dining at the low table. Everything was as published. Matias, Norita are the coolest Ramiro answers everything right away, he always leaves the possibility open for you to contact him if you have any concerns. Very helpful and willing. The kitten Kiwi made me feel more at home those days. The water pressure in the bathroom is great! (I wish I had that water pressure in my house) I had everything without asking. Set of towels, extra blankets. We couldn't use the grill, but there will be plenty of opportunities next year. However, its location is ideal. Definitely RECOMMENDED!

The location and accommodation were excellent, Matias was willing to greet us late, and to let us check out after hours, which I really appreciate for my remote work. The place was spotless, thank you Matias! I wish we could come back.
