We had an excellent stay. First Laidania was great in responding very fast and accurately to our questions. The area is very nice and quiet very close to this exclusive neighborhood called Vistaalegre. It is also 10 minute drive to downtown and the taxi is always available because the driver lives across the street, how convenient! The house had 2 private rooms with very clean full bathrooms. On the roof (terrace) there is this small vineyard that gives great grapes, shade for the afternoon siesta and great vine. If you are going to Santiago de Cuba I highly recommend this place.

We booked Yanets place in Santiago for a week and we were really happy about it! Great location, great host and nice spacious house. We enjoyed our breakfast (pancakes, fresh fruit, eggs and great coffee!) in the morning sun on the patio before we went to salsaclass. Yanet gave us recommendations for the best paladares and dance lacations. La Claqueta is definitely a winner ;) thanks for the great stay!

Tutto perfetto. La casa indipendente ed accogliente aveva tutto il necessario. La famiglia era super gentile ed ospitale, mi hanno accolto a braccia aperte ed invitato a passare molto tempo con loro e amici. Grazie mille

La casa è in ottima posizione e rispetta pienamente la descrizione, è pulitissima, l'host molto gentile, mi ha aspettata a tarda ora per fare il check in, è disponibile a fornire tutte le informazioni in caso si abbia bisogno di qualcosa. La camera è molto spaziosa, Il letto è comodo, l'aria condizionata e il ventilatore a soffitto sono sicuramente un plus, sicuramente una bella casa a poca distanza dal Parco Cespedes, se torno a Santiago, la scelgo ancora,

Haus wie beschrieben. Sehr freundliches Personal, dass auch immer gut erreichbar war. Zimmer blitzblank und ohne Makel. Wenn man mehr Küchenutensilien benötigt, bekommt man diese auf Nachfrage (sofern in Kuba normalerweise verfügbar). Flexible Buchungsmodalitäten. Fantastische Aussicht über die Stadt. Leider waren die Nachbarn sehr laut, aber das hat man in jeder größeren kubanischen Stadt. Wer nach Santiago kommt, kann hier bedenkenlos buchen. Klare Empfehlung!

I had a great stay at this property. The host was friendly, helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed. One of the biggest positives for me was that the power stayed on consistently, which was important. The WiFi worked well during the day, but it’s worth noting that the host turns it off at night. If power and air conditioning in the rooms are important to you, then I would recommend this place.

The apartment is pretty and comfortable. Spotless and Good kitchen. Closed to a lot of places to eat and stores around. Valia always willing to help. My stay in the unit was awesome and private, well secured doors. If you love to see the stars in the nighttime there is a rooftop with chairs and beautiful sky full of stars 💫✨ My experience there was excellent Exactly as advertised

I honestly do not think that I can write a review that will do justice to the amazing experience that we had at Octavio and Leida's home. I've stayed in many Airbnbs throughout Cuba and this was the best one for so many reasons. The hosts are so genuine and sweet and enthusiastically helped us out with anything we needed, going way above and beyond what hosts normally do. Leida's cooking is fantastic, the location is perfect as it is within walking distance from downtown Santiago and tucked away on a quiet street. Octavio speaks English very well and has a wonderful sense of humour while his wife, Leida, is (as cheesy as it sounds) a ray of sunshine. My group of six stayed at their casa for 2 weeks and always came home to clean sheets and towels. I would recommend Leida and Octavio to anyone who wants an authentic experience in Santiago. Their generosity and kindness cannot be beat!

Anet took good care of us, shared food with us on the first evening and had a lovely , self contained place in a quiet neighbourhood. We had a great time.

Casa entera en segundo piso. La gente muy amable. El desayuno muy rico. 100% recomendable.

Reservamos para el día siguiente y desafortunadamente Sonia no podía alojarnos por causa de las medidas de covid en Cuba. Pero Sonia fue muy amable en su comunicación con nosotros y cogió la responsabilidad de cancelar ella misma la reservación para que no tengamos que pagar airbnb por cancelar nosotros. Espero que Airbnb haya podido entender la situación y no cobrar Sonia por la cancelación.
