The apartment is excellently located. Close to shopping and close to everything. It is very comfortable and practical. we would definitely come back.

Everything is excellent; Location, apartment structure, close to the subway station and several commercial points. I exchanged currency near the building. I did a lot of things walking around the neighborhood. I thought it was super safe. The apartment has a TV with a cell phone connection. I used the stove, electric kettle and cooking utensils (everything was perfect). perfect wifi. very good shower water. I would definitely stay at Clemente's apartment again. very satisfied

Beautiful, comfortable and spacious. Huge living room with bright windows that offer a super cozy climate. The only thing I would refute is the air conditioning of the place. It would be good to repair the gas stove or add heaters, since at night (during June) it is cold.

Mariela has Sergio as a co-host. I had already stayed in Sergio's apartment and through him I came to this apartment. Sergio is an excellent host and Mariela was very kind. The apartment is very conveniently located, a 4-minute walk from the Open Kennedy and Arauco Park. It is at an important intersection in Santiago and with excellent roads to get around. It has everything you need to have a very good stay and everything is impeccable (the appliances: coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, hair dryer, etc. are in perfect condition). The rooms are very comfortable and everything is clean. The view is wonderful!!!! Definitely a place to come back. I booked the apartment just the night before I took it and everything went super well. From approval to instructions. The location is unbeatable and the price is super efficient based on the features (size, number of beds, view, parking, amenities, etc.). I would definitely come back.

We really liked the place with my family, we bathed limb in the pool and the jacuzzi my daughters enjoyed limb. the second floor is spacious, very good disposition don Manuel with the issue of check-out, nothing to say, we would go again.
