Terraced duplex house with very pleasant equipped terrace. Located opposite the Isle of Batz. Ideal for discovering water sports on a huge beach 1 km away or lounging on the sandy beach 300 m away. You can leave the cottage, with just a backpack, for hikes along the coastline. Village and state forest are 1 km away. Thorough cleaning. I'll welcome you unless there's an unexpected issue. We have arranged this room in a part of our house. You have private access allowing you to come and go as you please. You have a bed 160 cm, a bathroom with shower and toilet and access to the garden. But also on a relaxing side with a coffee table and armchairs, and a table and two chairs for breakfast. We also offer breakfast if you wish. You don't have a kitchen in the bedroom.
