Villa vacation rentals in Santarém

Ha sido una estancia con familia y amigos fantástica. La casa es una maravilla, acorde a lo que se muestra en las fotos y descripción. Joaquim ha estado pendiente y respondía rápido en todo momento. Cocina super equipada. Camas cómodas, baños limpios y grandes. Nada negativo que destacar.

Rita and Paulo were wonderful hosts who made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. Genuinely friendly and attentive, without being overbearing. We absolutely loved our stay and all the amenities that were available at our disposal to use. We only left ‘the compound’ for food supplies and spent our two weeks playing board games, billiards, ping pong, foosball, swimming on the beautiful pool, and chilling out inside (which was incredibly temperate, even though the days were hot). We cannot thank Rita and Paulo enough. We made many wonderful memories during our stay. It was exactly what we needed during the school holidays, and as a respite to our small apartment in Lisbon. Thank you, Rita and Paulo! ♥️

Casa excelente para um grupo grande de pessoas, com muito espaço interior e exterior. Tudo limpo e organizado. Ter casas de banho em quase todos os quartos é sem dúvida uma vantagem! A zona exterior também é muito boa, com o sol praticamente o dia todo na piscina. Recomendo muito :)

La casa es fantástica, igual que aparece en las fotografías. Es un sitio muy tranquilo y era lo que buscábamos para conocer la zona. Lástima que tiempo no nos haya permitido disfrutar de las vistas, pero también es el encanto de la zona. Totalmente recomendable.

Wonderful vacations We are a family of ten and we have spent 14 fantastic days in august 2024 at Joao’s family house at Salvaterra de Magos. The house is very big ( as presented in the pictures), very calm., very confortable (including excellent mattresses ) , very clean and with breathtaking views of fields mountains and birds. It is so well oriented that we did not suffer at any moment of heat . Almost no need to use the air conditioner The kitchen is big , functional and fully equipped with all necessary stuff The pool and gardens are wonderful and very well maintained as in the pictures It is close to all facilities and supermarkets and with very easy access for excursions on the Tajo river and to Lisbon area . The only inconvenient for us were the mosquitoes at the sunset . We would like to thank Joao for letting us sharing his wonderful family house , for his kindness and politeness and allowing us to have these wonderful vacations !!

Josee and Francis were extremely helpful for the full time before and during our stay. They were very understanding with our situation and ensured we were set up to make sure we had the best experience! The villa was superb and had lots of amenities and things to do, with plenty of space for our group. Lastly recommendations were fantastic and it was great to try these out. I couldn’t say that the host could improve on anything, our stay was perfect.

This villa was amazing on every level. We travelled as a three family group with children and infants. The pictures do not do it justice. The view is amazing and the house is designed around it. The house was pristine in every way and Susanna was an amazing host. She could not have been more helpful - catered to our every need. We loved the daily clean, the pool speakers and the heated pool. We loved that the kitchen was organised and provided a huge variety of equipment (we love to cook). We used the BBQ - a refundable deposit needed to ensure it was clean (not an issue). The supply of pool towels and toys was a lovely touch too. This villa was a fantastic base for a day visit to Lisbon. A car is 100% needed but close driving distance to shops/places to eat/beach (within 30 minutes). We would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone without hesitation.

Casa muito espaçosa com uma vista incrível. Fizemos uma despedida de solteira, mas também daria para ir com família e aproveitar uns dias de férias.

Es war super, wir waren eine Woche dort und haben einen Ausflug nach lissabon gemacht und sonst die Ruhe, den Pool und die Gegend genossen. Tolles Obst und Gemüse gab es noch als Gastgeschenk aus dem eigenen Garten. Die Pferde waren auch direkt unsere Freunde.

Fomos passar o fim de semana em família e a casa foi perfeita! Adoramos adoramos 😊 Desde o conforto do espaço exterior, aos pormenores todos da decoração da casa. A cozinha está muito bem equipada, os quartos tem ótimas dimensões e o espaço do churrasco esta incrível! A comunicação e simpatia do Carlos tornaram a experiência 10/10!

Zona privada muito calma para passar uns dias a relaxar, fora das grandes cidades

Espaço muito limpo, agradável, com uma bela piscina, ótima área de churrasco, garagem para 2 carros, muito limpo, bem cuidado, apetrechado com tudo o que é necessário para o dia-a-dia. Desde roupas, utensílios de cozinha, loiça, etc. Já passei férias em várias habitações e nunca encontrei uma tão completa a todos os níveis. Todos os envolventes, foram de uma grande simpatia e amabilidade (Odette & Horacio, cunhada, irmão e mãe). Quem pretender um belo espaço para relaxar, nada melhor que este. Obs.: as imagens não fazem jus ao espaço. É ainda maior, com uma piscina enorme de água salgada. Um espaço envolvente muito bom e descontraído. Para falar do quanto gostei desta experiência, iria ter de escrever um texto bastante extenso. Só tenho a agradecer por pessoas assim, que se preocupam em proporcionar bons momentos destes. De salientar que a nível de eletrodomésticos, não falta absolutamente nada. E termino agradecendo esta bela experiência.

This is a magical place and we are very thankfull that we could make it our home for a long weekend. It was beautiful from the inside and the outside. With cosy corners to sit and read by yourself, or nice bigger tables to eat or chat with the whole group together. The pool, the view, it is even more breath taking then on the pictures. We really had the most amazing time with our group of friends! Thank you Sergio!

Foi uma optima estadia :) A casa é muito bonita e a cozinha muito bem equipada. Tem vários super mercados a 10 minutos de carro. A Joana responde logo a tudo o que precisamos e foi super flexível no check in e no check out. O check in foi autónomo e super fácil de encontrar o cofre. Muito melhor assim. Ficámos muito satisfeitos com tudo :)
