The terrace overlooking the sea🌊 is a small characteristic apartment that belonged to my great-great-grandfather, located in the picturesque harbor of Riomaggiore. Beach, downtown, restaurants, station and ferries are a short distance away. Unique place to spend mornings to drink coffee and evenings while sipping a local wine, watching sunrise and sunset in the first row!🌅🍷 I hope it brings luck to couples as it did to my grandparents.🥰 *If you are more than 2 people, we recommend the apartment to families!There is little privacy.

Tenuta Barosi is a beautiful location overlooking rural Florence. It is located just 25 minutes outside of Florence and easy to get to. The farmhouse has a number of apartments, and ours was Comiso. Cristina was extremely helpful with our check in, as we arrived very late. It is very easy to self check in. The pool overlooks a small valley with beautiful scenery of farms and vineyards. Highly recommend staying at Tenuta Barosi!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The view was absolutely breathtaking – waking up to the stunning Tuscan landscape was a true highlight. Communication with our host was smooth and friendly, and the check-in process was super easy. Unfortunately, we had to leave a bit earlier than planned due to health reasons, but that didn’t take away from the wonderful experience. Thank you for your hospitality!

The Sambuco holiday home is very nice, cozy and comfortable. The landscape is splendid immersed in the Tuscan hills; the view of these hills is splendid. We were twelve adults and we were comfortably accommodated, also enjoying a certain privacy because there are three independent units, each with all services and amenities. Also the pool area with all the comforts, very clean. Ultimately, we really liked it, we will definitely be back, and I can highly recommend it.

The listing's frame and the listing are amazing! Beautiful views of the Alps and the accommodation a beautiful renovated old farmhouse! The pool is kept at a very good temperature which is really nice!!Martina's parents, who manage the accommodation and live next door, were really welcoming and spoke French very well! Which was really nice throughout the stay. The only small remark is that in view of the geographical location and the price of the accommodation it would have been nice to have the basic necessities (shower gel, shampoo, dishwashing liquid, sponge, garbage bag...) when you arrive. Plan all this when you arrive to enjoy your stay! Thank you for hosting us Massimo & Mari. 😍 We'll be back with pleasure!!

The listing is located in a very beautiful area. While brewing morning coffee, the mountains and the swirling swallows under the eaves always brought a smile to my lips. It was very hot during our visit - over 30 degrees. The private pool, barbecue and pergola were in heavy use. Despite the heat, the downstairs was pleasantly cool and it was really nice to sleep after the sun went down. The children mentioned separately that they slept better than ever. The road runs right in front of the house, so the sensitive eared one needs earplugs. Own vehicle - a bicycle for the fit, a car for the others - is practically essential. You get used to narrow, winding roads - almost. Walking routes can be accessed in the woods from one village to another, so with good planning and taking advantage of bus shifts, you can make pleasant day trips to the charming medieval villages of the area. The nearest larger city, really nice Lucca, is about 60 kilometers away. The host couple's tips on attractions and restaurants were great.
