Vacation rentals with beach access in Sant'Agnello

We had a great stay at Mario’s place!! My friends and I had done a backpacking trip and Mario was kind enough to pick us up from the train station on arrival with our bags as it’s about a 20-25min walk uphill from the Seiano station to the air bnb. Mario was so kind during check in, pointing out all the nearby restaurants, super markets and giving us recommendations. He had supplied us with enough goodies for our first breakfast and provided us with a contact for taxi service that we so gratefully used a few times during hot temperatures and after tiring days! They were so sweet. The walk to the air bnb after each outing was intimidating at first but definitely doable, 20min walk to the train station to access Sorrento and other nearby towns and 20-25mins to the Seiano beaches. The view from the air bnb overlooking the bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius is absolutely breathtaking and definitely worth all the steps! Such a peaceful location to end off our trip.

Wow! What can I say? From the moment we stepped into Pamela's apartment we are blown away. The location was so lovely, a busy port in the day but in the evening so peaceful. We tried two of the local restaurants and loved them. Just an absolute must when visiting Sorrento. We may have found heaven. Pamela was so responsive and treated us like friends. She was very helpful with Restaurant recommendations and also transfers to our next destination. I almost feel honoured to have found this beauty.

Federica was a lovely host, communicated well and constantly provided guidance and assistance throughout our stay when needed. The place was clean and tidy. The apartment was close to the port but when the doors are closed you can't hear anything and and sleep well. Lovely place to stay.

The place is very spacious and immaculately clean, but it is Domenico who makes it memorable. He is very responsive to all your questions and friendly if you meet him. Tucked away in an alley by a cozy restaurant, it took a minute to find the air bnb, but Domenico guided us to it with photos. The apartment was in the heart of the bustling pedestrian area (a car cannot take you to the door), yet the bedrooms quiet and comfortable. The outdoor space was a plus as well, which made the three flights up worth it. Domenico also has an air bnb experience where you can try his fresh delicious mozzarella in Naples. He gave written (good) restaurant and activity recommendations on the board inside. Also, this place is a great deal compared to where we had stayed and what we looked at, for all you get. Would stay again!

Evelina and Fulvio were amazing hosts. From the moment we booked, Fulvio connected with me to help organize my trip, and provide honest recommendations. He helped with bookings and made sure we were not getting caught by the “tourist” traps. This alone was worth the pay! Upon arrival, both Evelina and Fulvio were so welcoming. They greeted us with pasta, sauce and Wine. They were very responsive when we had questions, and their place was beautiful with lots of space. We were 4 girls traveling together and we felt we could relax at any time on one of the multiple balconies. The air bnb is central, just a 5 min walk from the main square, lovely coffee shop right downstairs, and 12 min walk to the marina where there are beach clubs, and areas to take private boats. I would highly recommend their place and the above and beyond service Evelina and Fulvio have to offer. Thanks to you both!

This place is beautiful! The views are amazing, and do not disappoint. The wall to Amalfi is only about 11 minutes from here, and extremely manageable. It was nice to stay in Atrani, which was a but quieter than Amalfi itself.

Anna’s place is truly a dream. The pictures don’t do it justice. Inside and outside views are incredible. I’ve stayed in Positano before but really enjoyed the smaller town feel of Praiano and highly recommend it!! There are several yummy restaurants in the area that are within walking distance and again the views are just stunning. Anna was very helpful, communicative, and responsive when we needed her. I also left my watch behind and she’s been kind enough to mail it back.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Sorrento. The location was central and convenient. Be prepared for a climb of stairs from the ferry (though there is an elevator for a small fee), up to the town. The apartment was clean, host was very responsive and friendly, we had no issues during our stay.

We had an amazing stay at Francesco’s Airbnb in Positano! Francesco and his team were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make our trip smooth and enjoyable. They even arranged transportation for both our arrival and departure, and the driver, Geraldo, was one of the kindest people we met. Francesco and his colleague Angelo were also super helpful with local recommendations—everything from what to see, where to eat, and even helped us book dinner reservations. Their attention to detail and willingness to help really stood out. As for the Airbnb itself, the view is absolutely breathtaking. We spent so much time just relaxing on the porch and taking it all in. While Positano is known for its many steps, this location is one of the most accessible we came across. It’s a relatively easy walk up compared to other areas, and there’s a convenient pickup/drop-off spot for drivers right at the market below the home. We’ll absolutely be back!

Casa Caldeiro was the perfect stay and exceeded our already high expectations! The view is incredible—photos truly don’t do it justice—and the location might be the best in all of Positano. You’re just minutes from everything you’ll need, yet the apartment feels completely peaceful and removed from the bustle as soon as you step through the gates. The walk down to the apartment is also stunning. Grady was a fantastic host, offering trustworthy recommendations and making check-in and check-out incredibly easy. I highly recommend taking his referrals for porters and taxis—they made our entire stay completely stress-free. We would, without hesitation, stay here again. The value is unmatched, and we’ll gladly refer any friends visiting Positano in the future.

Wow! This place is worth booking for the views alone. We spent hours just sitting on the huge patio and staring out at the mountains, town and water. Pictures don’t do it justice, and you have to see it in person. The apartment itself is also wonderful. Exactly as described with lots of space and very clean. Plus, Claudia and her family are so kind. They were very proactive and helpful anytime we had questions. Thank you! We hope to be back one day.

The views are absolutely breathtaking and the house is wonderful. You really need to take into account the hundreds of steps to and from the house, but other than that it's just wonderful!

We had an amazing 4 nights in this beautiful location, Melania’s place is situated in an idyllic area. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. Melania gave us lots of suggestions of places to visit and where to eat and was very helpful. We would love to return again sometime in the future. This place is a real gem!

Elisabetta's Airbnb was fantastic! We were met at the train station and walked to the apartment, which was necessary because we never would have found it on our own from just directions. This place is not for the weak, as there are a lot of steps! However, the unbelievable view from the balcony of Mt. Vesuvius, the Bay of Naples, and Vico Equense makes each step all the more worth it! We loved our stay so much that we extended it from 2 nights to 4 nights!

Casa Calypso was absolutely beautifully decorated and spacious inside and the views were amazing. It is worth the climb up the stairs for sure! Arianna was the perfect hostess, greeting us upon check in, with porter ready to help us with the luggage. She had drinks and snacks to welcome us from our long journey. Arianna was very responsive, answering any questions we had about the area, transportation and making great recommendations. Our stay was very memorable and highly recommend Arianna and Casa Calypso.

Had a lovely few nights here and really enjoyed our time. Perfect location, helpful and responsive host, very clean space. Parking was the only downside but that is the case everywhere in the area, managed to find somewhere within a 10 minute walk, plus the train station is extremely close and it’s possible to walk into Sorrento proper within half an hour. Overall it was a great find, great value and happy to have us at short notice with flexible check in and check out for our dates. Thank you very much!

Constantino was a great host to us. We stayed 4 nights and he met us during the checkin with some valuable insights about Sorrento and the Amalfi coast. He helped us organise the taxi to the airport also at a great price. Definitely value for money and a clean house. Close to everything - the port, the main square, shopping, food. Definite recommendation to all!

The unit was spotless and exactly as described. While there’s no real view, the interior was comfortable and well-equipped. Just note—it’s a two- to three-story walk-up, so be prepared for some steep stairs. The TV is a bit outdated; upgrading to a smart TV would be a nice touch. That said, everything else was great. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to cook, including a full-size fridge. Overall, a great stay—especially for a group.

This was a wonderful stay! It was my first time ever visiting Praiano and this was the perfect place for my trip! Antonio was always very responsive and helpful, I asked him for local recommendations and he helped me right away. i’ve never met another host that was as nice and helpful as Antonio was! He made sure we had the perfect stay outside of just having a lovely airbnb to stay in. The place was so spacious, clean, and pretty! I loved sitting out in the balcony enjoying the views of the ocean. I felt very safe, lots of walkable restaurants/stores, and not a far walk to the main beach. We were greeted during check in and they even came to say goodbye during check out. Overall I highly recommend this place! I will definitely be staying here next time I come to Praiano/Positano.

We absolutely loved this place! Anna met us at the train station and took us right to the apartment giving recommendations and pointing out places of interest along the way. She brought us right up and made sure we knew where everything was and that we were all set. This was a special touch I’ve never come across before and really appreciated. You cannot beat this location! We could walk everywhere we wanted to go in no time. Anything you would need is right close by. The bed was super comfortable and it was really lovely being able to sit outside in the evening to eat. I wish we would have been able to stay longer in Sorrento!

Excellent location where you will have quick access to taxis and walk to the port without having to go up and down stairs with your luggage. Francesca was very welcoming and accommodating like all of the people we have met of Naples. Thank you!

The place was great. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Location was good, only about a 12 minute walk from the town center. Francesco checked us in early and recommended some great local restaurants!

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this home and the entire family who assisted me during my stay - they go above and beyond! From meeting me at the train station, helping me with my luggage, having an abundance of food (in the fridge, cabinet, and table), having a fully stocked home for the most comfortable stay. It was like a warm welcome into someone’s private home and with true Italian essence & charm. I absolutely loved my stay and highly recommend!

This location is unique and we got to spend a few days as if it was ours. If you are ready to climb quite a few a few steps to the street, get your cardio on, you'll feel better about the pizza you just ate... Giuseppe was always quick to respond to any questions we had, offered good local recommendations, and helped with booking a taxi one morning.
