Vacation rentals with a patio in Santa Teresa Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at Evas' place. The location couldn't have been more convenient. It was basically right across the road from the beach. Our favorite part of the suite was the balcony. It was massive, and had a super comfy couch. Perfect space for some hot yoga! Completely covered from the rain and very romantic 😍 Eva was super responsive, we had a bunch of fruit to cut up and the knives were dull, so I reached out to her and she had them sharpened within the hour. We'd definitely recommend staying here 👌

Suner war super freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Ihre Unterkunft ist sehr modern eingerichtet und bietet einen tollen Blick in den Regenwald, da sie auf einem kleinen Hügel liegt. Mit dem Auto ist sie nur ein paar Minuten von dem Ort und Strand in Santa Teresa entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und auch der Ort hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

This was the ideal space for someone working remote and wanting to experience Santa Teresa to its fullest. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever I reached out, and always went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. 10/10 would stay here again.

I highly recommend staying at High Enough! I stayed at Haya's place for a month and I absolutely loved it. The views, the comfortable apartment and the cleanliness. The pool was also a huge plus! The communication with Adriana was great at all times. Super responsive! Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

It's perfectly situated in Santa Teresa, just a short walk to the stunning beach, delicious cafes, and vibrant nightlife. The property itself felt peaceful and private, offering a true escape from the hustle and bustle. While the location is fantastic, it's worth noting that the approach to the parking involves navigating a steep, but fully paved slope. This might be a bit challenging for those who are not comfortable with driving on hilly terrain. However, the upside is that the property is situated on higher ground, offering stunning views of the surrounding area and providing a bit of a workout as you walk back to the apartment, which is 50+ meters above sea level. In summary, if this place is available, don't think twice and reserve!!! Note: Yuli kept our stuff safe for one night and helped move between Appartments, truly amazing! Thanks Yuli and Team :-)

This airbnb was so comfortable to stay in, the room darkening blinds and extremely comfortable bed and bedsheets were great, loved the space and the full kitchen. My bf and I were able to make nice meals here and we saw lots of wildlife from our balcony - macaws and deer. The hosts were always responsive and so helpful with recommendations for me. The place was very clean.

5 Stars — Absolutely Amazing Stay! Our stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean, beautifully designed, and well-stocked the space was. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful — they made sure we had everything we needed and even left a few personal touches that made us feel right at home. The location was ideal — close enough to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Whether we were relaxing on the patio, enjoying the local scenery, or cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen, every moment felt effortless and enjoyable. We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, and this one truly stands out. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to all our friends and family. Thank you for such a wonderful experience

This properly is amazing! The hosts and cleaning services are very friendly. You will need a 4x4 to make it up the hill and it’s not easy for a newbie. But don’t be worried, you are in Costa Rica and most roads are like this. The property is minutes away from Santa Teresa beach but also very close to many other beaches that are more private. The sunset from the house is the best you’ll find in the whole town. If you want to check out to sunset on the beach, check out the sunset from the house first. Don’t be worried about the bugs either. They are everywhere but won’t interrupt you while you sleep. You will also need to pay attention to the ants if you leave food out. Would recommend this place to anyone!!

Alexandra es una excelente anfitriona, la comunicación es rápida y efectiva y es sumamente atenta, la casa preciosa con todas las facilidades que se requieren. Las playas, restaurantes y supermercados quedan muy cerca. Totalmente recomendado y volvería a ir sin lugar a dudas.

Had an amazing stay ! Location gives you a real feel of Costa Rica, she was not kidding when she said you need a 4X4 to access the property. Love the home, love the view, and love the easy communication with the host.

Sugerencia para inquilinos: de verdad el carro tiene que ser 4X4!! El lugar es hermoso, no sé los puedo explicar lo bello que es...pero la entrada y salida es sumamente difícil si no tienes 4X4, y si usas los transportes o "taxis" que hay acá en Santa Teresa acá los extranjeros te cobran hasta 16 000 colones ( 31.50$) por un viaje de 2 min ida y vuelta, en mi opinión muy caro el transporte jaja. Pero en general es un lugar hermoso! Definitivamente volveremos en verano para disfrutar más de la zona y la casa. Gracias Alvaro siempre por su amabilidad y atención, fue el mejor Host🙂‍↕️🥹 la verdad tuvimos una muy buena experiencia, vimos monos, disfrutamos la piscina, hasta tomar una ducha con el bosque a la vista fue renovador! Amamos!

Everything was amazing including the chef I hired. The massage therapist for my retreat was top notch. Marisel the house manager was top of the line! She was very responsive and took care of all of my needs for my women's retreat as well and scheduled the massages and transportation. Sergio our driver for our excursions was the best. The customer service was phenomenal. My only challenge was I scheduled a beach picnic, and the description said there was a path to the beach. This is a path right along the driveway separated by greenery (not sure why the path was even built when you can just walk down the driveway and end up in the same place and easier. This path includes about 50 steps and about 8/10 cement stepping-stones that lead to a gate, you then walk across the street to another path that's not good for elderly or anyone with knee/hip/leg challenges as it's over debris, rocks, roots, water, mud etc and at least another 1000 steps if not more (not good at distance).

Fantastic stay at Pacific Azure! Large bed rooms - each with private bathrooms - gave our family plenty of space and privacy. We used the pool daily to cool-off while enjoying watching/listening to the birds, monkeys, and iguanas. The outside dining area provides a great alternative to eating out and allowed us to prepare meals and enjoy the fresh fish from the local fishery down the street. Checked out Calle Cimarrona, the local brewery within walking distance - great beer and friendly folks. As for finding the location, our recommendation to future guests is that you plan to arrive during the day if possible due to the lack of street lights/signs. The host was very responsive and incredibly helpful. We could not have been more satisfied by our time!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The location is perfect—everything is walkable. The beach and surf spot are just down the block, with great food options and a supermarket right across the street. The condo was clean, easy to cook in, and felt secure thanks to on-site security. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at Andrew’s! I can see why he’s a super host. Very responsive, friendly and flexible. The Condo had everything you need, and was super clean and tidy. The location of the Condo is in Los Delfines, which is a private complex, so we felt very safe and we were able to use their facilities. Will definitely come back, and I absolutely recommend you staying here

Tuve una experiencia excelente en este alojamiento. La ubicación es perfecta, el lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario y, además, era comodísimo. La decoración es bellísima, se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente.

Endroit très relax pour terminer un séjour de 15 jours au Costa Rica. Condo très bien situé et avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Vous pouvez marcher aisément jusqu’à la plage

excellent location. close to very good beaches on both sides. would not bother with the local restaurant as you can get tastier and cheaper meals outside the complex. the place is as advertised. very clean and cozy. highly recommend if using as a base for all of the other beaches in the area. very satisfied.

Marisa’s Airbnb is in the perfect location in the heart of Santa Teresa - just steps away from the supermarket, gym, surf shops, and the main surf spots. Beyond the unbeatable convenience, the stay itself was fantastic. Marisa is the sweetest host—super welcoming, incredibly helpful, and always responsive. We even got to hang out beyond the Airbnb space and become friends, which made the experience even more special. We can’t wait to come back and see her again soon!

Disfrutar de las Lapas Tricolor en su ambiente natural, verlas volar libremente. Es algo que no se consigue en otros lugares. Nos gustó mucho poder alojarnos en un lugar donde hay excelente seguridad, limpieza y respeto por los vecinos siguiendo las normas. Todo el equipo fue muy amable, estaban muy atento a nuestras necesidades.
