Family-friendly vacation rentals in Santa Susanna

My family and I loved this place! The neighborhood is in a great location with easy access to the metro, bus stops, and Taxis. However, it is also very walkable to get to the beach, gothic quarter, Parc de la Ciutadella, and many other places! The inside of the apartment was very cozy and we really enjoyed having the balcony to sip our morning coffees. The hosts, especially Cristina, were extremely helpful, she greeted us the our first day and left us a bottle of wine in the fridge. We highly recommend this place to anyone that is open to exploring the city of Barcelona😊

The host was very friendly and gave us great suggestions on what to see and where to eat. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean. The location is excellent, although it can get a little noisy at night.

We went this weekend with my husband and it was an incredible experience, the apartment is very well cared for and with a lot of taste, super clean and very well equipped. The hot tub is amazing! It's perfect if you're looking for relaxation and intimacy. I'd like to highlight the tranquility of the area, the common areas are very good! The heated pool is a treat. David took care of us wonderfully, very attentive and pleasant! We'll be back for sure! Thank you for your hospitality.

We loved the neighbourhood of the duplex – tasty bakeries, cafés, eateries, and groceries are round the corner and Sant Boi train station only a few minutes away by walk, yet it’s nice & quiet inside. We went to the major tourist attractions downtown by public transportation (~half an hour one way) and to the airport directly by bus L77 (~20 min). Spacious, cozy, accessible and with the basic amenities we needed, this duplex was perfect for our group of six. Raquel was responsive and very easy to communicate with. Will book it again if we come back to visit Barcelona.

What a wonderful place to stay in BCN! The place is just as described, very spacious and squeaky clean. And real AC units in each room, which are such a relief in the summer. The markets right downstairs are super convenient for picking up whatever you need, and the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. Bus is right on front, and the metro stop is a 5 minute walk. Beach is right next door. Very easy to get anywhere. Francisco (Paco) is the most delightful host! He met us at the apartment and even had the AC on already so it was cool when we arrived. He showed us everything and even sang us a song. He was always helpful and so enthusiastic about welcoming us! I would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Laia’s apartment for a few days and felt right at home. Instructions were clear, check in was easy, and the apartment was spotless. Great host, and we would definitely book again!

Highly recommend the place! Great location, walkable distance from city center. Amazing house with terraces and fully equipped kitchen. Very easy to access and could leave luggage before and after checking in and out, which was very helpful. Thank you!

Had a great time like always, it feels like my seccond home. Host is very friendly and dog friendly, you can app him anytime and he'll responds fast. Calella is a great small town, not too touristy, lots to do, nice shops, beaches, train and Barcelona near by.

As a family with kids on our first trip to Barcelona, we had a long list of things we had planned doing.. That had to change, the kids loved the pool so much and we loved everything else in the house and surrounding area. Just perfect for families.

Marc and the entire stay were excellent. He's super quick to respond to a few of our questions and was around every day to ensure the pool was clean. The house immaculate and real charming. Huge kitchen to for all 6 of us to sit around and have more than enough space left over though we tried to eat as many meals outside as we could! Great value for Spain and being relatively close to Barcelona. Marc helped us with train info as its not easily (for me at least) to find on the internet. There are several places to grocery shop within a 10 minute drive. Our dog loved walking the back trails and had plenty of space to chase his ball and find shade by the pool to cool off. Would def book again and have another family of friends rent the top part for a great time!

Nicky is a fantastic host, so warm, open and friendly, and 100% focused on making our stay wonderful! We enjoyed the quiet idyllic location, the small gravel garden with loungers and dining area, the pool and the lovingly and artistically designed surroundings. Nicky also gave us tips for the area. Both the sea and the surrounding nature parks are super easy to reach, the small towns offer plenty of nice restaurants. The encounters with Nicky were always wonderful - we are very grateful for the great time with her!

Beautiful home in the mountains with breathtaking views, wish we could have stayed a little longer to enjoy it, but it was well worth the short stay. Gorgeous nature retreat and the host were super responsive and friendly!

Thank you Carmen for a wonderful stay. Given some unfortunate rental car dramas, we had to seek Carmen's help & flexibility. SHe was amazing and went way beyond the call. We are very appreciative of her help! The house was beautiful - wonderfully peaceful and best described as a private resort. You will need a car but it is well worth exploring the surronding villages. The pool and mater bedroom were standouts for us.

Encarna and Ramon were great hosts. Very kind from the beginning and available for any problems we may have. The house is great with the pool and terrace to enjoy a few summer days. I recommend it.

Robert is a kind and very helpful host. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was always flexible and accommodating. The apartment was spotless, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay of a few days. Just one word: EXCEPTIONAL! I really love this place. Everything is on site, the saltwater pool with an amazing view, the sea just below. There are sun loungers everywhere to rest a little more quietly. It's a paradise. The apartment is very good too, well arranged. We'll be happy to go back (and my family too, they all want to come and discover this gem!). Thanks Clara.

We would give more stars if it was possible! My husband and I had a fantastic stay here - we highly recommend it and would absolutely be happy to stay here again in the future 😊 We were warmly welcomed by Mercè, Josep and Cuca (their super friendly dog) when we arrived. The apartment was even better than described and very comfortable and well equipped. The swimming pool is wonderful to come back to at the end of a busy day of exploring ❤️ If you are wondering if not having an AC might be a problem — it was not at all, the house was nice and cool, even on warm sunny days! My husband is fussy about AC but he had no problems at all here, we slept very comfortably!

The value for money of this Airbnb is the best in the area, Manolo is a very warm host and helped me a lot to find activities close to the Airbnb. The place is perfect for a stay for couples or families with a private pool and terrace. For the price of Airbnb it's amazing, don't hesitate, it's a very good home.

The apartment was wonderful—very cozy and conveniently located almost at Platja de Fenals, which is a more relaxed beach compared to the main Lloret beach. The building is very quiet, so it’s not the best choice for those looking to party, as it is also farther away from the main nightlife area. Maribel was very responsive, and even though she didn't speak English, she was able to communicate effectively during the check-in process.

We enjoyed our time at Alicia's place. It is clean and tidy just as described and presented. More than the place itself we enjoyed the reception. Alicia was really helpful with providing instructions and recommendations and she was kind enough to provide a late checkout. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Aleix’s apartment. The balcony and view is spectacular and so special to wake up to and watch the sun go down. The house is spacious and the pool and paddle board court were such nice bonuses. Only things to bear in mind are that you need to drive to get into town and the tap water isn’t fantastic so we would recommend bringing your own for your stay, though one big bottle was supplied for us. Thanks Aleix for a great stay!

Our stay with Jacqueline and Xavi was amazing. The cottage was magical, with the best view in Catalunya and so many small details that made us feel right at home. Jacqueline gave the best recommendations for dining and the amazing beaches in the surrounding area. We absolutely recommend this beautiful place, our new favorite spot on the Costa Brava.
