The place was wonderful, quiet, and close to downtown (short drive or a reasonable walk). It had a great layout and the kitchen was well equipped for making some of our own meals. Samuel was responsive and helpful in answering questions. I would definitely stay here if I visit the area again!

Another great stay at Kay Marie and Gerald’s place! We returned for a second stay due to the beautiful space and perfect location. We love the walkability to everything you could need — grocery, coffee, restaurants, movie theater, clothing stores, nail salons, laundromats, literally everything! You can also head out the door and take a peaceful neighborhood walk, admiring all the local flora. Choose your adventure: flat roads, small hills, or very hilly. Kay Marie and Gerald are friendly, responsive, communicative hosts. We’ll surely be back again.

Marilyn's place is perfect! Anything I would have wanted or needed (or didn't think to bring) was included with so many special, thoughtful, and unexpected touches. The room is beautiful. The bed and bedding very comfortable and the bathroom and shower were excellent. The entire space is so charming, comfortable, cozy and clean. The decor, the towels and special soaps, the handwritten notes and amenities are all very special. The room opens to a lovely garden where I sat out and enjoyed my morning coffee or could relax on a lounger. And the location is excellent and walkable to historic downtown Petaluma. I was happy to get to meet Marilyn who is so nice and welcoming and had been so helpful and informative from my first contact. Thank you Marilyn for providing a magical and memorable stay and for sharing your special place with us. I can't wait to return.

My nice positive review mimics most of the others. Its as described and exactly what I needed. Clean quiet comfortable very safe etc I needed to be able to sleep in the day which seems to be close to impossible even at a nice hotel. I also wanted to be able to sit in the yard and read and play guitar all alone in a forest setting which I did . The yard is also very tranquil much like being in a forest all alone. I had one brief very pleasant discussion with Tracy and that was it I got to be alone. Thank you.

Easy to get to restaurants and interesting locations in the Bay Area from Geri’s place. The space itself is very tastefully designed and has everything necessary for a long or short stay. Highly recommended.!!!

Lovely and peaceful historic home, that served as our base camp for exploring Point Reyes National Seashore. Super friendly hosts, adorable chickens and a magical garden deck with fire pit was a major plus!

We had an excellent stay at Megan and Han's cozy retreat! The space was well equipped with thoughtful details from a separate laundry room to store our luggage and clothes, to power outlets on both sides of the bed. The entire unit was very clean and had everything we needed. One thing to note, this is a basement unit so you will hear footsteps and daily living above you. The hosts communicated clearly and were very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Second time here, but first time on the right side of the house. Definitely a great host and can’t wait to come back. Hate that we had to leave, but both sides of the house are great and will have you relaxed. Highly recommended

Ricki's place is absolutely beautiful and we felt right at home. It's in a great location, tucked away just enough but still central and accessible. We loved sitting out on the little balcony and listening to the birds, or walking down the street to Andy's Sun Valley Market (easy 5 min walk). The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was gorgeous (huge shower with skylight!). The shutters open out to a beautiful view and morning sun. And Ricki has thought of everything with the kitchenette. Was sad to leave and I cannot wait to hopefully come back someday!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The view of the water was amazing to wake up to, lots of wildlife, and felt very private. The studio is clean and charming and has plenty of kitchenware despite not having a full kitchen! Would definitely stay here again.

Rebecca’s place is homey and decorated beautifully as well. The garden and privacy of the patio and sitting area is perfect. She has thought of absolutely everything you would possibly need or want while there. She had treats out for my pups when we arrived and treats for me in the cookie jar. The bed was very comfortable and homey. It was pup friendly, which is a huge plus for me. The yard is fenced and secured with a locked gate which gave me peace of mind. Will stay here again when visiting Benicia.

Great host, great place! Truly enjoyed our stay. Anna made sure we had everything we needed during the entire stay. The file Anna has made has all the information about everything you're going to use during the stay. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

My wife and I LOVED this Airbnb. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is in a neighborhood and super easy to find and with parking…major bonus. You walk through one little gate in the carport…with a sign that says “Guests are in the right spot!” With an arrow to the door. It’s literally a 30 foot walk from your car to the door. The space is super cool and cute. It’s a little apartment with a PRISTINE bathroom. It even has a bidet which I didn’t use but my wife did just to try it. It wasn’t on my bucket list so I chose not to. lol. Downtown is two miles away. Lots of shops and restaurants and a park in the town square. Grab a bottle of wine and sit in the private area just outside the air bnb which has a picture wall and a really cool little cactus garden all the way down the fence. IT IS SO QUIET AND PEACEFUL!!! The space is perfect for a couple and everything is easy to use and the air conditioning and fan make the place cool down quickly! Alyssa is awesome, kind, and proactive! A++++

we had a wonderful stay here. the place was peaceful and it was supper clean . the kitchen had everything we needed and it was fairly large compared to other places we have stayed. Having our own parking spot close by was very handy. all and all we were impressed with this airBnB. Thank you for a pleasant stay , Barbara Higgins

If you are looking for a high-end, stunningly beautiful, artistically decorated, well-equipped accommodation, with a fantastic view through floor-to-ceiling windows, and private hot tub, look no farther. You can tell from the photos in the listing that this is a lovely place. But the reality exceeds the photos. You have to see it to believe it. It's a zen-like retreat, yet close to everything. A rare combination! And the host is top notch as well - helpful, communicative, responsive. You couldn't ask for more. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

This place was everything it promised. So relaxing and close to town. We didn't want to leave. Lori was an excellent and responsive host. Can't wait to come again when we visit our family in Benecia!

My experience staying with James and Laurie was so positive, I almost hesitate to say so, knowing their beautiful place might not be available next time I wish to stay there again! The lovely garden setting, with the sound of running water, as well as the peace, privacy, and serenity of the setting and apartment exceeded my expectations! The apartment is exceptionally well appointed with tasteful furnishings and decor, and the bed and bedding so comfortable. James and Laurie were extremely helpful, responsive, and friendly! I could not have felt more welcome and at home, and I hope to stay with them again soon!

Jane’s place is so cute and perfect for solo travelers or couples. The place is located in the back of the property, very quiet. The pool was available for us to use, which we dipped in once. The surrounding backyard is beautiful with lots of foliage and flowers to see. Access to the casita is through the front door of the house and into the backyard, which was never a problem for us. Overall it was a great place and I definitely would come back again.

Janice and Murray were very welcoming, responsive and helpful hosts. Their place is a little gem in Berkeley Hills, right next to the Rose Garden. Despite its small size, it's very cozy and bright and has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. The deck is perfect for enjoying the morning sunshine and the birds that gather in the garden. I will be recomending to all my friends visiting Berkeley!
