This villa and trullo from 1780, named trullo Fedele Bonotto, have been fully restored but still sit among the centuries-old olive trees of the area. Admire the historic stone walls, lounge in the private pool and solarium, and enjoy the beautiful garden area, all exclusive to guests and their privacy- The staff who takes care of the cleaning of the external and internal spaces of the property strictly follow the sanitary rules foreseen for Covid-19, before the arrival of each guest, full sanitation is carried out, the size of the house and the large garden absolutely guarantee the social security distances and contactless The villa, with centuries-old olive trees, has a dining area and fully equipped kitchen with utensils and crockery, dishwasher, fridge, oven. Thanks to a corridor you get to the two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Detached from the villa, with separate entrance, you access the trullo, about 50 m2 large, where there is a double bed, a sofa / double bed and a private bathroom. In the outdoor area there is a large table with 10 chairs, several seats, a barbeque and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Also attached to the villa is the boiler room with laundry, complete with washing machine. The entire structure is for the exclusive use of guests who can live in this unforgettable moments of rest and tranquility! Guests have the exclusive use of the whole villa and of the attached trullo, and the entire outdoor area, which includes the living room, the swimming pool and the laundry. Immersed in the breathtaking countryside, the home is located close to the center of Ceglie Messapica. Dine at exceptional family-owned restaurants, browse through the local markets, and go for a hike or bike ride through the valleys. you have a park for your car, in 20 mintes you arrive on the Adriatic sea beaches, in 30 minutes you can arrive on the Ionico sea beaches.

Il trullo non e’ isolato ma posizionato in un area con altri 2 trulli adibiti ad affitti (un piccolissimo villaggio) . Our first time using an Air BnB. We were delighted with our experience. Our host was nothing short of brilliant, lots of helpful tips along with advice on local area restaurants. You do need a car to be honest & there's a decent secure parking spot inside the grounds of the property. We arrived late at night & Salvatore was there to greet us with a smile. We were exhausted & just went to bed. Next morning was a joy to wake in such splendid surroundings. So clean, cool & homely. The pool, not heated but not a big deal due to the heat in summer, the jacuzzi bath & separate turkish shower room are all adding to the level of comfort. It's a good place for 2 people & maybe 1 or 2 kids on the pull out bed. We enjoyed a movie night on the big screen that was fun. As our first experience of Air BnB , this was excellent. Very well done.

What a beautiful week we had in Polignano A Mare in the most beautiful Airbnb and to top it all off we got engaged on the beautiful balcony on our last night. Beatrice was so helpful as well as Matteo who collected and dropped us to Brindisi airport. We had a little problem with the WiFi which Beatrice fixed straight away. We said it was the most beautiful holiday and stay we could have ever asked for. We will be back Beatrice. Thank you for everything x

Probablement le meilleur accueil que j’ai eu en Italie ! Très joli village, j’ai eu la chance d’assister à une belle procession. Le logement est tout à fait fonctionnel et propre. L’hote a eu la gentillesse de me proposer à manger, elle a toujours été à l’écoute de mes besoins. Je recommande chaleureusement ! (Peut-être pas le logement idéal pour les personnes très sensibles aux bruits la nuit. Pour ma part j’ai séjourné ici pendant les travaux de la maison à côté ce qui a été gênant)

This was an absolutely stunning apartment. It exceeded our expectations in every way. It was perfectly maintained, comfortable and so unique. The private patio gave us the best view in town to enjoy the early evening light with a glass of wine and local appetizers—left for us in the refrigerator by our host, along with other delicious snacks and drinks. This is a perfect location for exploring the Sassi—that is if you even want to leave the apartment and its amazing spa bathroom and shower! I cannot recommend this property enough, and I hope to return.

The Airbnb was very cute and had an amazing view both from the window and the lovely patio! The location was perfect, with easy access to both the old and new parts of Matera. Parking was close by and it was simple to get to the apartment from there. The space itself was clean, charming, and had everything we needed. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. One small heads-up: the hot water heater is a bit small, so shorter showers are best. Other than that, everything was great and we’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Matera!
