There is electricity and water This 1950s house still retains its charm from the era, it is a family home. Simple and basic. It has all the basics, air conditioning in the bedrooms, hot water, equipped kitchen, patios and parking for several cars. Ranchón with grill and the freshness of the beach just a few meters away. Read the rules. We are NOT on the same beach, but very close, just half a block away. 6 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. Cleaning service every other day for stays longer than three nights.

Our house is located on a second floor. It is a very spacious house with a private entrance for our customers. It is a cool house with a large balcony, where you can enjoy hammocks, a table and chairs to enjoy coffee, tea, lunch and dinner if you wish. Really in a very cozy environment. You can also use a grill and a beautiful outdoor terrace. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a large kitchen/dining room, solar panels, TV, split air conditioner, fan, and a fully equipped kitchen.

It's a large, independent apartment. With a bedroom with two beds, (one large and one smaller), air conditioning, safe, clothes hangers and TV. A bathroom with hot and cold water; a kitchen equipped with everything for food preparation (a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, gas stove, refrigerator), a small folding table and three stools for eating, and use of the washing machine. A common terrace surrounded by plants with armchairs, table and chairs and a beautiful garden.
