Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön - die traumhafte Aussicht das absolute Highlight. Die Räumlichkeiten sind super aufgeteilt & das Haus ist sehr charmant. Würden sofort wiedwr buchen! Nur die Parksituation ist etwas schwierig. Es ist nicht ganz einfach, einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Ivana. La maison est très charmante, d'une propreté impeccable dans un cadre splendide, offrant une vue absolument magnifique ! Si vous cherchez le dépaysement, le calme et une nature verdoyante, vous êtes au bon endroit! Ivana est une hôte très attentionnée, généreuse et sympathique qui a rendu notre séjour mémorable. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und sehr gut gelegen. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf den See und einige Wandermöglichkeiten im Umkreis. Die Wohnung liegt etwa 10 Autominuten von Colico entfernt und es ist super ruhig. Der Pool und die Pool-Liegen sind auch super.

Das Haus hat eine fantastische Lage zwischen den Weinbergen von Brissago. Die Architektur, das Interieur und die Räume sind sehr schön und haben uns sehr gut gefallen - wir lieben puristisches Design. Viele Details im Haus und darum machen das Haus zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Wenn man abends auf der Terrasse sitzt , grillt, die grillen Zirpen und man bei einem Glas Wein auf den See blickt - dann ist diese Stimmung etwas Uniques- welches man nicht kaufen kann. Eva - die Hausfee - ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Mille Grazie für den schönen Aufenthalt im Casa Largo. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

Fabio ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er ist rund um die Uhr für seine Gäste da. Man kann ihn alles fragen. Er ist zuvorkommend, freundlich und immer darauf bedacht, dass es einem gut geht. Die Unterkunft sowie Fabio sind auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Luisella and Fermo were PERFECT hosts! My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Guilia House. The house is so charming - it felt like such a privilege to stay there and experience the history and beauty of the home and village of Fiumelatte. We especially loved the garden area that Luisella is cultivating - the views in the evening are spectacular! The walk to Varenna is an easy one with amazing views of the lake, mountains, and villages along the shore. This rental is not for everyone, however. Folks with mobility issues or toddlers should be aware that the rooms are all on different floors and connected by a cement staircase in the center of the home. If this is not a concern, then you will be treated to an authentic 'old world' Italian experience. We adored Luisella and Fermo - what a kind and generous couple! We are SO grateful for their hospitality. They welcomed us as if we were family and we will cherish them as if they are ours.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Michaela war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns auch schon etwas für das Frühstück gerichtet so das wir nicht gleich einkaufen mussten. Auch mit den Kindern war sie super freundlich. Einzig die schönen Türen aus Glas scheppern beim öffnen, da hätten wir uns mehr Stopper gewünscht und in der Küche wären mehr Gewürze (Pfeffer, Paprika, italienische Kräuter) wünschenswert.

Wir waren zum zweiten mal in Monias wunderschönem Haus in Montemezzo und wir haben uns wieder sehr sehr wohl gefühlt 😍 Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ebenso sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend.

Der Gastgeber Andrea war wirklich sehr nett und immer hilfbereit. Er hat schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Kann es wirklich nur weiterempfehlen. Mit dem Bus / Shuttle Bus konnte ist Varenna sehr gut erreichbar. Es war wie auf den Fotos beschrieben :)

Very good value for the price! Really nice and clean, all essentail kitchen equipment is there. The view from the room is beautiful and peaceful, right at the lake. Perfect for taking walks with a doggy. The restaurant right next door is really good and stores are 2 minutes away with the car. Very good sound insulation, the building is next to a busy road but you cant hear anything from that or from the neighbors. EV charging in the area is fairly limited but not impossible. Checking in is seemless with the keycard in a lock-box. I can only recommend it!

Supergoede ervaring gehad! Brandschoon appartement met fantastisch uitzicht, heerlijk ontbijt, goede instructies en heerlijk bad met mooie uitkijk. Super klantbeleving en de host doet net dat stapje extra om je thuis te laten voelen en je in de watten te leggen. Als we een minpuntje moeten noemen was het de kwaliteit van het bestelde eten, dit was wat minder qua kwaliteit. Ga zo door!

Alessandra was absolutely amazing, not only while we were there, but leading up to our stay. It felt like we made a friend in Italy. She was friendly, communicative, and helpful! The airline lost our bags and she kept checking in to see if we had an update. She truly went above and beyond! The Airbnb was so clean and welcoming! Right across the street from Lake Como! Beautiful area! Would recommend to anyone!

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

Antonio and Christian were amazing hosts during our recent stay in Lake Como. Always responsive to messages and the apartment was perfect for a family of 6. Spotless and had everything you need to cook (Antonio even set up the BBQ for us one night!). It felt like a private pool with all the different areas to lie and enjoy the breathtaking views. Apartment is close walking distance into Gravedona for some nice meals out and bars too. They even let some of us check in early and left a bottle of Prosecco as we were celebrating a big birthday, lovely touches. Couldn’t recommend them more and will definitely be back if we get the chance.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der kleinen, umgebauten Scheune. Sie hatte ein gemütliches, uriges Ambiente, war aber modern ausgebaut. Es gab alles, was man benötigt. Der Aufenthalt in einem mittelalterlichen Dorf war für uns Stadtmenschen aufregend und spannend. Es gab viel zu entdecken in der Umgebung.

Camillo is a true gentleman and his apartment is a home away from home. It had everything we needed for our stay. He has thought of everything, very good attention to detail (unlike other places we have stayed). It was very clean and welcoming and was the most at home we have felt in an airbnb. Camillo even collected us from the bus station and dropped us back there at the end of our stay. He had great suggestions for travel in the area also. The views from the apartment are heavenly. I will definitely come back. It is a lovely quiet village just 1km walk to Menaggio. Definitely very relaxing after a busy week prior. Thank you Camillo, we loved our stay!

Super hébergement, très bien placé pour visiter les villages du lac de Côme. Les instructions d'accès sont claires, le logement est très propre, petites attentions dans la cuisine pour notre arrivée, lit confortable ! La vue sur le lac depuis la pièce à vivre est superbe. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

il faut mériter la maison de Mélania car l accès est réservé à des visiteurs aimant grimper ! une fois dans la maison on se sent comme chez soi et la vue est spectaculaire

Aurora is a perfect host, the place was our home base for excursions around lake Como. It is not far from Mennaggio, which is a gorgeous town and part of the golden triangle from where you can reach Varenna, Bellagio and other towns via ferries. We were a bit concerned about the driving, but no need its narrow roads , but you get used to after driving twice, and it's worth it, the peacefulness is great after the hectic in "selfie-land" down at the lake 😀. we loved the contrast and the possibility to have both. Cooking yourself with fresh Italian produce is amazing, even more with your own fireplace and modern well equipped kitchen! THANK you Aurora 😊

We booked Ugo's home for one reason.... the view. It did not disappoint. We drank our morning coffees and ate our meals on the balcony. We actually went to a restaurant with an amazing view, but after we left, we stated we should have just cooked and ate outside the house since it is so private. Ugo provided coffee, which was highly appreciated! We bought the wrong coffee at store. The fruit platter was amazing and ate at every meal. Oh, I made orange juice and was delicious! We were given directions to free parking in bellagio. Plus, we got a flat tire and Ugo helped direct is where to repair it. Overall, go for the view amd don't leave the house! Unless you want to walk to town to get coffee, fresh meats, and gelato but go directly back!

Sehr schönes, neu eingerichtetes Apartment mit netter Aussicht. 10 min von Menaggio mit dem Auto. Ein Auto oder Roller ist auf jeden Fall ein Muss auf Grund der Berglage. Unser Host war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

From the moment we booked to the moment we finished our holiday Angela and Rodolfo were the warmest and kindest hosts. From offering to pick us up from the station and then drop us off at the end of the week, to the thoughtful gifts to welcome us to their beautiful apartment. The apartment was exactly as described and as the photos show. Everything we needed for a weeks break and spotlessly clean. The views from the balcony were breathtaking and made even more stunning by the gorgeous weather we were blessed with all week. We decided not to hire a car choosing instead to walk into Bellano each day and used the boats to ferry us across to a few of the other towns around Lake Como. This was a great way to see and experience Bellano and surrounding area but it was quite hilly though so a car, moped or bike would be recommended if you aren’t up for a 30 minute walk each way and a little bit of hill/stair climbing. Perfect Hosts ! Perfect Accommodation and Views! Perfect Holiday !
