Villa vacation rentals in Santa María Huatulco

The accommodation is very nice, it has a beautiful garden and pool. At first we didn't know, but it's in a safe area. It's very close to the beaches. We really enjoyed the pool. They welcomed us with a nice touch because we were celebrating our honeymoon. The breakfast is delicious. In general, it's a good lodging option. The room has air conditioning, which helped us a lot with the heat. We recommend this accommodation. Damian was always attentive to everything.

The place was exactly shown on the website, very spacious, clean and peaceful. We were greeted by Leonel he was amazing!!! He help us with a lot of information to get around, and recommend places to eat, he made our stay a pleasure. Our kids really enjoy the outside area and the pool.

Great place to stay near Huatulco especially if you're going on a big family or friend trip. This was our first family trip and the house had enough beds for everyone. Host was very attentive and wrote back right away at any time if we had any questions or needed recommendations. Very peaceful and quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved my stay. Jorge, the manager, was very responsive and friendly - and it was easy to reach him. The room is spacious and the shower had good pressure. Internet worked very well. The third-floor communal kitchen has the best view. The stove was a little rickety - as far as I could tell, only one burner worked while I was there. But I never felt like I had to compete for the kitchen with other guests. There’s a full-size fridge to share as well as filtered water in the room and in the kitchen. I LOVED the local restaurant which was like a 5 minute walk from Casa Alegria - Restaurante Magico Artardecer. The walkway to the beach wasn’t as easy to navigate as I would have liked. It was a very peaceful stay, and I slept with my doors and windows open (all screened or bug-netted) and I didn’t have any issues with bugs save for a few ants and no-see-ums. Privacy was an issue at times, having my door open, people could just walk by and see me. But it was worth the fresh breeze!

Second time staying at Rancho Garuda. incredible privacy and beach access. falling asleep to the sound of waves is priceless.

Our family had a great stay in Huatulco. This house was beautiful, awesome pool, well furnished and with all the kitchen equipment necessary. Some of the most important features that made our stay more enjoyable were the great cooling systems throughout the house & the awesome water pressure. We had a single problem with the water pump, and it was addressed immediately. The area is quiet and very secure and the traffic was almost nonexistent. We are definitely looking forward to our next return!

Very nice place. Beautiful views from the house and the pool. Everything went smooth. Siobhan was very good with explaining things about the neighborhood, things to do and was very helpful with answering questions. It’s in a gated community and we felt safe. It was a nice walk to 2 different small beaches. Lots of climbing everywhere. It’s also very quiet and we liked that to get our busy minds back on track. Manuela the caretaker was very nice and helpful too.

Carolina's place is perfectly situated on a quiet street, within a 3min walk to the main strip with food & restaurants, and a 6min walk to two different beaches. The private pool overlooking the ocean was stunning, and the check in / out process was seamless! Would definitely recommend :)

We really enjoyed our stay, the amenities were fantastic and made our vacation very relaxing. We left a written review at the site mentioning a few little details that would improve the stay for future guests but nothing that should suggest anyone not stay at this great location

A very well thought out space, right on a beautiful beach! This is at one end of a village. You probably want to get some groceries in advance; plenty of fresh fruits available within easy walking distance. Local businesses only take pesos; restaurants mostly open during the day. You’ll have lots of opportunities to practice your Spanish. Snorkeling is amazing!

It has a privileged location, close to shops, restaurants and other beaches. It had all the amenities you can expect in a house, clean, comfortable, the pool was always well maintained, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with spectacular views, the local fauna is a delight. Highly recommended for spending quality time with family or friends, adults.

This is an amazing, beautiful villa set on the rocky cliffs. It has four separate bedrooms to comfortably sleep eight. Very private residence. Wifi was adequate but didn't reach the full expanses of the large home, but worked overall. The pool is beautiful. The host is communicative and will help with anything needed. Emy is the house employee who cooked us breakfasts and provided general upkeep and cleaning for the home while we were there. It is not really walkable to Zipolite, maybe possible in the daylight but you can't walk at night safely so a car is recommended (or scooters/ATV from in town to get back and forth). There are taxis available too. There is the occasional bug or critter around the property but that is normal and unavoidable in a location like this with beautiful weather. Overall, an amazing stay. The views are unbelievable.

Love Daniela's Casita! The location is in the best part of Zipolite with a million dollar view, stunning! So easy to walk to the best restaurants and beach. The walk to Alchemista is only 5 minutes which is what I consider the best place to spend the day on the beach with food, drink, and the most incredible chill hypnotic music making for a perfect day. I love waking up every morning to watch the sunset out on El Sueno's veranda. El sueno is a perfect mix of rustic charm and comfort, the pictures don't do it justice, it's much bigger than it looks in the pictures. I would definitely stay here again and recommend my friends to as well. There is a really great restaurant at the bottom on the hill- "Bocca", a couple of minutes walk with some of the best meals we had in Z. So happy I lucked into booking this place!

Jesus’s villa is beautiful and it comfortably accommodated our family of 6 adults for 16 days. Could also accommodate 8. The 5 bathrooms were convenient. Beds and linens were comfy. Kitchen has everything!Good wifi. Living area inside and outside was great. We enjoyed having the lovely, well maintained pool. The garden area was very nice and maintained as well. The villa is private and secure. A wall surrounds the whole property so your view is the pool, garden area and driveway. We found the actual location very convenient. It is on a side street, fairly quiet, one block from the main road. It is essentially halfway between Santa Cruz market square, marina and La Crucecita. There is a large one stop shop grocery store, just a 2 min walk. Recommend a scooter for exploring. Taxi to Crucecita is $40 pesos. Airport 15-20min taxi. Jesus has a very sweet local lady, Rebeca, who looks after everything! She is amazing and so quick to respond to any questions or needs. Loved our “home”

This home was everything we hoped it would be for our family. The photos represent reality; the beach access and location spectacular — close enough to walk (or short drive) to town, and far enough to feel private. Cannot say enough about the care taking team. Long before we arrived they were responsive to inquires and requests. And once on site so grateful for beautifully curated breakfasts and care of the house. We felt incredibly comfortable with four fully appointed bedrooms and bath. Our family likes to cook and found most everything we needed to prepare amazing meals each evening. Highly recommend — and will return again!

Fantastic Location, beautiful, luxurious property. The house was spotless. Plenty of room for large gatherings, but many areas fir privacy as well. Watching the sun rise from the pool every morning was a special treat. The rooftop plunge pool was a bonus and a great place for evening gatherings. The hosts were very responsive to every request. ( We had many) Parking is available right outside front door, which was nice since we rented a car, but Taxis are readily available if needed.. We highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb! The property manager was welcoming and helped us even after an unexpected late arrival. He was friendly and checked in to make sure everything was going well. We loved that the house was cleaned throughout our stay, which is usually uncommon in my experience with Airbnb. The views are incredible, and the location feels private but within walking distance of good food and drinks! Waking up and watching the sunrise by the pool is an absolute must! We enjoyed the balance between indoor and outdoor living that this home provides. We hope to visit again soon! Thank you!

The spot was great and the pool was refreshing. The rooms stay cool and the rest of the house is shared outdoor area. The staff was friendly and took good care of the place. Easy to get into town with our rental car. Just a few minutes. Very relaxing stay.

What can I say about El Triangulo? It’s one of the most unique Airbnb that I’ve ever stayed at. Quinn and Lisa follow their vision and created this beautiful space perfect for celebrations, retreats, and bonding. I went for New Year’s with 10 other friends, and we immediately felt at home. The space blends modern Mexican design aesthetics and comfortable hotel-like sensibilities effortlessly with nature for a destination like none I’ve ever experienced. Specifically, though, the bedrooms are all incredibly comfortable, and Quinn was able to arrange the rooms either as king size beds, or twins. We had a mix of the two. And just a few steps of all of the rooms are these bathroom facilities which are both private and comfortable, but also deeply in sync with nature. The space also has this large palapa style structure complete with an impressive kitchen, where we spent much of our free time. I cannot wait to return to this magical space!

Amazing house with stunning view and great service.

Casa Queña was the perfect place to call home for 5 days in Mazunte. The house and views were spectacular. There was always a nice breeze given the location on top of a hill and it was much cooler than being in town. It was always nice to come back to the house after being on the beach or out exploring. The pool is a great addition and it allowed us to quickly cool off. The walk to town is about 3 mins downhill on cobblestone streets; a very easy stroll. Giorgio and team were always responsive and made sure we had everything we needed; they were great hosts. We will definitely come back to this area and stay here when we do.
