This place is pure magic. From the moment we booked, Orion and his family made us feel so welcome - sending a thoughtful list of local recommendations that truly shaped our experience (don’t skip them!). The home itself is a masterpiece. It’s more than just a place to stay—it’s a work of art, filled with beauty, intention, and warmth. We woke up every morning to breathtaking sunrises and the songs of visiting birds. Some days we’d find little surprises waiting outside - like a fresh watermelon or a child handing us a flower. These small gestures meant so much. We also quickly fell in love with the dogs, and it was hard to say goodbye to them. The best dogs ever. Orion also provided us a fantastic mezcal tasting, sharing his deep knowledge, and he also taught us how to make an incredible salsa from scratch. We look forward to make it on our own every week as soon as we are home again (it truly was a next level salsa). It’s hard to describe just how special this place is - go visit!

This is a very well done and unique home. We were there for two weeks and it was a delight. The cabanas are well designed and fit perfectly with the lush surrounding tropical vegetation. This is a special property clearly loved by the owners. The family designed and built the units and it stands out from other 'cookie cutter' units in the area that were clearly just built to turn a peso. Pauline and her son are always available and often on site tending to things. The woman who cleaned each week for us was very thorough and clearly cared about her work. As did the young fellow who tended to the beautiful plantings and all things outdoors while we were there. There are many fine restaurants just down the hill on the main street through town. And the vast beaches are just beyond. Five minutes to the street and then two more to be on the beach itself. There are little markets with fresh fruit and vegetables and several small groceries. Bring pesos. (And shampoo.) And enjoy!

Wow! This Airbnb was amazing and well worth the stay! Spacious, beautiful and amazing views. The host was very responsive and answered any questions we had and even provided some extra items that we were not prepared with that helped make our stay even better. I would definitely recommend this place for a family or a chill group of friends. Loved it!

A beautiful place to disconnect and rest, very attentive and friendly employees, they give you support with everything you need. During my stay it rained very hard and the power went out in the locality, they always supported us to keep my mom's medicine cool and for us to have lighting. I would definitely come back, the room is comfortable and beautiful.

The view of Casa Tehuana was the best of everything, easy access and very good service from the cooks. Spacious rooms and well distributed coexistence areas. We would definitely return as a family. Alicia was an excellent attentive host in communication before and during our stay.

Casa Mauna was a hidden gem. Getting there was a little hard as we lost cell connection. The staff were very nice and welcoming, and they thoughtfully provide everything you need for a beach day: umbrellas, towels, and even kid beach toys. We are not vegan but enjoyed the delicious food. Highly recommend for couples & families.

Great place to stay! Great location! Everything is exactly as described. This was very comfortable stay for 3 adults we had more than enough space. Would definitely stay here again.

We were impressed by the raw and beautiful nature of the place. Arturo is always friendly and makes you feel at home. The Penthouse is as cozy as can be, with an amazing view. Centro Sati is near 3 beautiful beaches. So far my favorite airbnb of all. Will definitely come back. Thank you for all Arturo!

Very comfortable condominium, incredible to rest, everything working 100%, located in an excellent place, close to the Tangolunda and Arrocito bays, I loved it and I highly recommend it!

It is a very quiet and private place with an amazing view! It is better than the pictures. We had to take a taxi to get to the village, but the bungalow is very well equipped, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, it has two tables on the balcony and chairs to rest while watching the sea. We went down to the beach, we walked 10-15 minutes. The pool was under maintenance, however we were told in advance.

Armando's place totally serves our needs. Check in with Lizette was seamless. She helped us with any details during the course of the day. The pool was certainly a bonus mid day. Extra touches included the beautiful bathroom and blackout curtains. We also loved the proximity to the beach. Thank you for hosting us.

We stayed for a week with our dogs, we did home office the first 3 days of Holy Week and we were able to work without any inconvenience. The house was less than a 10-minute walk to the beach, so we took the opportunity to walk in the mornings and work during the day. The house was very comfortable to spend the days. We only prepared breakfast at home and ate and dined out. It has the basics to cook something simple, but perhaps for some more elaborate dish I don't know if it would be possible. We would definitely return to spend a vacation and/or remote work days at this house.

The beaches are 30 minutes away. It has very easy access and the area is nice and quiet. There are quite a few places with good food in the area. At night there are few, but good places. If you ask, you can get anywhere. The house is really nice and clean, spacious and quiet. In general it is highly recommended and if there was a pool it would be a 5-star stay. I loved it and my family did too 🫶🏽

The house is very nice, we liked everything very much, in addition to the incredible view, you really rest. The area is extremely quiet to get away from the hustle and bustle. The pool gives the house a plus. Apart from the subdivision's pool, the house has everything you need and more. I loved the hammocks on the balconies, the air conditioning throughout the house works great for the tremendous heat of Huatulco. It is important to stock up on a small basic supermarket since it is literally so quiet that you can't find a store nearby... And I definitely recommend visiting Hugo's house, it is well worth it 10/10 It is worth mentioning that Hugo's mother, who was the one who received us, is a very nice person and very helpful at all times. This is a great little spot in Zipolite! 5 or 10 minutes to the beach or downtown, with fantastic greenery all around, not over looked. Some people mentioned the climbing up to the house, unless you are disabled, it really is no big deal. I would not let the 70 steps put you off, this is how you get privacy, and tranquility. The place is brand new , although very basic it is sufficient. I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this rental.

Amazing place to relax, it practically seemed like the beach was just for us, super nice, clean, good food from nearby businesses. The house is in very good condition, the air worked super well and the beds were super comfortable. The hosts are super attentive and kind. We love our vacation and we would definitely come back (:
