Apartment vacation rentals in Santa María Huatulco

Vincent’s condo in Huatulco is lovely. It is new, sparkling clean and tastefully decorated. The pool and deck area are also clean. In fact, the entire complex is very well cared for. My husband and I had to suddenly move from our first apartment in Huatulco. Vincent was very friendly and extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in several hours early. He also gave our daughter and her husband and late check out when they left a few days after us. Vincent’s apartment is well situated and in a very quiet area. It is about a 20 minute walk to La Crucecita and many excellent restaurants. There are also several different pickleball courts in area which was a real bonus! In addition, there are many beaches to choose from that are just are an affordable cab ride away. We enjoyed our stay in Huatulco and Vincent’s condo very much. We will be back soon!

This is truly a wonderful stay. There is a beautiful view of the ocean. It is a short walk to the water. Some days we walked to Mazunte and others we could easily get buses that go by frequently. There is a great restaurant with an ocean view very close by. Ana is very responsive and helpful and accommodated all our requests. The AC is great. Our apartment was cleaned every two days by the wonderful Maria. I’m looking forward to returning here in the future.

Excelente lugar en todos los sentidos, sin duda volveríamos. Mariana y Alejandro siempre estuvieron pendientes y a pesar de que hubo un huracán el lugar fue el mejor refugio y los anfitriones se portaron a la altura. Muchas gracias.

La habitación está ubicada dentro del hotel Camino Real Zaashila por lo que se pueden disfrutar las beneficios de un Airbnb y las amenidades de un hotel. Miriam siempre estuvo disponible en todo momento para cualquier pregunta que tuviéramos o para darnos una recomendación. El hotel es grande y la piscina también, el personal del hotel es muy amable. Viajamos con dos personas con movilidad reducida y los bell boys siempre estuvieron atentos para subirnos a la habitación en el carrito de golf para los dos adultos mayores. Disfrutamos muchísimo la estancia, el departamento está decorado con un gusto impecable y cuenta con todos los elementos para cocinar. Esperamos volver muchas veces por que hasta ahora es uno de nuestros lugares favoritos! Gracias Miriam 😉

La estancia fue amigable, limpio, silencioso, privado todo lindo, incluía un gato muy amigable (al cuál llamamos Fernando) y los libros y utensilios de la cocina fueron de nuestro agrado

This place was perfect for our trip! It’s just a short walk from the beach and has a beautiful view. The host gave us great recommendations for nearby beaches, which helped us enjoy the area even more. The location is also very convenient, close to supermarkets and good restaurants. The place was very cozy, everything was clean and just as described. We’d definitely stay here again!

If you are wondering where to stay for your visit to Huatulco this condo is in a great location. Restaurants, cafes, groceries, street markets, and a swimable beach are all within walking distance. It was perfect for two "young at heart" adults, it would not be good for children or people with mobility issues. There is no elevator to the third floor and the stairs within the condo are steep. The condo had everything we needed and the private deck and plunge pool were a highlight. The bed was very comfortable, although the pillows were a bit firm for my preference. The back balcony off the bedroom looks out onto the Parque Nacional so there were birds and deer and nature sounds to enjoy. The shared pool and upper patio had lovely plantings and shaded areas to sit. Property managers Adrián and Fluvio were very helpful, spoke fluent English and Mexican Spanish and were easy to reach. Fluvio met us to let us into the condo, gave us a tour and had helpful suggestions about the area.

Quedamos encantados con el hospedaje, la limpieza es excelente, las personas muy amables y súper cerca de la playa. La comunicación con Alejandro fue excelente desde el momento en que reservamos, es muy atento, definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡Muchas gracias Alejandro!

Excelente departamento, en una muy buena ubicación y muy buena atención

Nos sentimos muy cómodos, como en casa! Las playas muy cerca, la zona muy tranquila, llevé a mi abuelita en silla de ruedas y fue muy fácil el acceso con al departamento, todo muy bonito y elegante. Sin duda volvería.

Excelente experiencia de alojamiento. Tanto Claudia como Brie fueron muy atentas. La ubicación de departamento es excelente y está muy cerca de todo. Cuentan con todo lo necesario para hacerte sentir como en casa. Sin duda volveré a reservar con ellas, me encantó!!!

Fué perfecto para nosotros, acceso a la playa, el patio perfecto para relajarte con vista al mar, nos sirvió mucho un librito que tiene con los lugares a visitar y los consejos para las diferentes playas. Cuando regrese a Mazunte, sin duda regresaré a este lugar.

alojamiento muy cercano a la plaza de la crucesita, dónde encuentras todo tipo de servicios y amenidades, a solo 5 minutos casminando, apesar de ello al estar en un coto privado, el departamento es muy tranquilo. nuestra anfitriona siempre estuvo atenta de nuestra llegada. una persona muy amable.

la estancia en el apartamento de rosalba estuvo increíble!!! el apartamento estaba muy bien situado, la comunicación con rosalba fue perfecta resolvió en cada momento nuestras dudas. rocío la señora que nos recibió super atenta y amable. sin duda volveré en mis próximas vacaciones !!!!!

Casa Calypso is in a great location, only steps from the scenic Estacahuite cove. The hosts Nahum and Isabel were around most of the time and always very friendly and helpful.. There is no AC, but the giant ceiling fan above the comfy king bed works really well. The morning sounds of birds are lovely. Sometimes there is some noise at night or early in the morning from barking dogs or roosters, but nothing a couple of earplugs cant solve. Playa Estacahuite is amazing for snorkeling, calmer and safer than all the wider beaches we visited in san Augustinello or Mazunte. The airbnb unit has beach towels but you'll have to pay for an umbrella at the beach if you want some shade. Considering the amount of building going on in the cove, I expect the beach to get increasingly busy. While we were there it was only busy with local families on Sunday. We woud absolutely stay at casa Calypso again, it was a wonderful experience.

Excelente ubicacion, a solo unos pasos de la playa. Muy agradable el lugar, espacio grande, limpio y tal y como luce en las fotos. Recomendable al 100 y obvio regresare a ese lugar 10/10

Nous avons eu la chance de passer 4 nuits et nous avons adoré notre séjour. Tres bel emplacement, une petite pente à monter (à 10 minutes de la belle plage) mais c’est le prix de cette très belle vue et de la tranquillité. Endroit calme, belle architecture béton contemporain, bien équipé, piscine très appréciée, très propre, les oiseaux le matin, super petite terrasse. Nous recommandons

A wonderful stay from start to finish. The apartment was immaculate—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with modern touches throughout. The host was exceptional: incredibly responsive, attentive, and genuinely helpful with any questions or needs. The property itself is stunning, and the pool area is absolutely beautiful—perfect for relaxing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely stay here again.
