Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Lage und trifft auf die Beschreibung im Inserat zu. Federico war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Apartment war in einwandfreiem Zustand: sehr sauber, gepflegt und ohne jeglichen Schmutz. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert, schnell und freundlich. Die Ausstattung ist durchdacht, alles Notwendige war vorhanden von Küchenutensilien bis hin zu frischer Bettwäsche. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch sehr nah zur Promenade – ideal für Spaziergänge oder Restaurantbesuche. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Hébergement tout à fait en accord avec les photos. Alessio était réactif à toutes nos demandes. à partir de l'appartement, tout est facilement accessible à pied. petite précision, pas d'accès en voiture à l'appartement. Merci pour ce séjour !

Sijainti oli erinomainen – kaikki oli kävelymatkan päässä. Majoittaja oli todella ystävällinen ja antoi hyviä paikallisia suosituksia, mikä teki vierailustamme vieläkin mukavamman. Tunsimme olomme heti tervetulleiksi, ja henkilökohtainen ote matkustajiin teki vaikutuksen. Paikka oli siivottu todella hyvin, ja iso kattoterassi oli ihana lisä! Voisimme ehdottomasti majoittua täällä uudestaan.

Het appartement van Silvia is een oase van rust in een chaotische haven. Van al de bezigheden beneden hoor je in het appartement niets als de ramen zijn gesloten en ik heb dan ook heerlijk geslapen in een slaapkamer die doet denken aan een balzaal in een paleis. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien; vaatwasser, wasmachine, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker etc, ligbad, douche, airconditioning, verwarming. Silvia is een hele hartelijke vrouw en heeft mij bij aankomst heel lief ontvangen en op de dag van vertrek kon ik zelfs wat langer blijven. Communicatie met haar ging perfect! Het appartement ligt op 10 min. lopen van de veerboot naar Camogli/5 terre en de metro, en tegenover een hopon hopoff bushalte. Ik kan dit appartement bij een bezoek aan Genua van harte aanbevelen!

Nessuna difficoltà a fare il self check-in poichè Alessandra ci ha dato le istruzioni mandandoci anche le foto per eseguirlo. Lo avevamo scelto vedendo le foto sul sito e siamo rimasti piacevolmente stupiti da quanto tutto fosse esattamente come visto e descritto. Arredamento curato anche nei minimi dettagli, si vede quanto la host ci tenga, e attrezzato di tutto quanto necessario per un soggiorno ed estremamente pulito. Sapendo che arrivavamo prima dell’orario previsto a causa dello sciopero dei treni ci ha dato disponibilità subito al nostro arrivo dell’appartamento. In casa non manca nulla per la prima colazione ma addirittura ci ha fatto trovare della focaccia fresca e del vino e anche una sorpresa in frigorifero. Più volte al giorno ci contattava per sapere se andava tutto bene e se ci serviva qualcosa. Ci ha anche trovato dove poter depositare i bagagli. Lo consigliamo a chi voglia soggiornare a Genova nel centro storico, è facilissimo girare a piedi.Noi torneremo sicuramente.

Marco’s place is ideally situated to enjoy the delightful little harbour of Nervi with its selection of restaurants and bars. The flat was spotless and the air conditioning is a real bonus given how hot it can become outside. The dog especially appreciated it! Another plus is the underground parking space as street parking is tricky. Marco was very friendly too. We were extremely happy to stay here and can thoroughly recommend it.

We had a fantastic seven days stay at Chiara's. She is an amazing host, so caring, kind and responsive! Can only highly recommend her and her house. It is located in a quiet place with spectacular Ligurian mountain view from the garden and top floor. Tourist spots, shops, restaurants and beaches are within easy reachable distance. If you are looking to relax and feel the local flavour then this is for you. The house is kept very tidy, well equipped and organised with a great attention to details which makes the stay comfortable, stress free and smooth. The notes and brochures left for guests are very helpful. Private and close to the house parking is also such a bonus. We felt very comfortable and like at home from the first moment. Thank you again, Chiara, for hosting us and great communucation. Hope we will be back🤗

Der Aufenthalt im Haus bei Giovanna war toll! Wir haben die Woche in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus unglaublich genossen. Es gab alles was man braucht und der Ausblick war perfekt. Danke dafür!

Les chambres de Lidia sont situées au dessus de leur trattoria, elles sont neuves, très propres et la qualité de literie est très au dessus de tout ce que nous avons déjà testés en Italie. Case Cornua est située à 620m au dessus de la mer, au dessus de la baie de Genova. Lidia a été au top dans son accueil et ses conseils. Une bonne adresse à conserver !

The place is cozy and comfortable, very close to the town center, the terrace alone is worth every penny, had a great time

The place was nice and peaceful, and the places were very clean, and there was enough space for 8 people. If necessary, we got instructions quickly if we had any questions. Since the place is on a slope, it is worth preparing to travel by car if you have, for example, heavy loads. You can also walk along a nice route to the center. We all had a good feeling about the vacation.

We had a lovely time at this peaceful and beautiful house in Sestri Levante. The keyless entry was a little bit challenging. The address looks different on the map than the road, but we recognized it as soon as we saw it, a bit up the road. The host was very communicative and helped us with some local recommendations. The place is beautiful and we loved being there. It’s not super ideal if you want to walk—we drove into town every day. Thank you for a beautiful seaview Stay. We cherish the memory.

L'appartamento è dotato di tutte le comodità e immerso nel bellissimo Parco dell'Aveto. Michela è una host molto premurosa, sempre pronta a soddisfare le richieste e a offrire ottimi consigli per vivere al meglio la zona. Molto consigliato

Appartamento graziosissimo con tutto il necessario per una vacanza top!....cucina funzionale ..bagno molto grazioso con comoda doccia, proprietaria di casa gentile e sempre disponibile...lo consiglieremo sicuramente ad amici e noi...ci ritorneremo sicuramente la prossima estate!!....dettaglio importantissimo: l'appartamento si affaccia direttamente sul lungo mare con le finestre direttamente sulla spiaggia fronte mare...uno spettacolo!!! L'accesso diretto alla passeggiata è davvero una esclusiva sorpresa.

A beautiful apartment in a super location just a couple of minutes walk to the old town. Iacopo and Loredana were on hand check us in and were super responsive and helpful in giving local recommendations. The flat was super - recently renovated with lots of great touches (charging cables, really strong aircon, coffee and biscuits) and the spa bath was obviously a highlight too! Would definitely come here again when back in Genoa

L'appartamento è in una posizione semplicemente fantastica, vicino a tutto, servizi, spiagge, stazione. Spazioso, abbastanza silezioso (con le finestre chiuse) nonostante sia nel centro storico proprio sopra i locali, ottimamente attrezzato e gestito negli spazi, curato e pulito. Arredato con gusto e intelligenza, lenzuola e asciugamani di ottima qualità, come materassi e cuscini. Alex è un host perfetto, disponibile, gentile, sempre pronto a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. Consigliato a tutti.

Ein schönes, ruhiges und schön eingerichtetes Quartier, von dessen Terrasse aus man einen herrlichen Blick über Chiavari und das Meer hat. Alessandro ist ein sehr zuvorkommender und freundlicher Gastgeber. Leivi ist ein schöner Ort, von dem aus man in ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto in Chiavari ist. Mit dem Zug kann man von dort aus die Cinque Terre und viele weitere schöne Ziele in Ligurien wunderbar erreichen. Absolute Empfehlung, wenn man die Reise zum Quartier nicht scheut. Der Blick aufs Meer entschädigt tausendfach! ☺️

Servizio check in e check out molto semplici e flessibili, per venire in contro alle nostre esigenze. L’appartamento era pulito, con tutto il necessario per soggiornare per un paio di giorni. Divano letto leggermente meno confortevole ma si fa di necessità virtù.

Beautiful, spotlessly clean apartment that is centrally located and in the perfect location for my business trip with the office just across the street. Also, Jacopo was incredibly responsive, friendly & welcoming. The fresh & still warm focaccia from the bakery around the corner was delicious and much appreciated 😊. Will definitely be back for my next business trip in town.

Alloggio in ottima posizione, sia per raggiungere a piedi qualunque destinazione che per andare rapidamente in stazione a piedi. L'alloggio è conforme alle foto a alla descrizione, è molto pulito e attrezzato, dalla finestra c'è una bella vista e non si sentono rumori. Il bagno è grande e accogliente. La cucina ha delle attrezzature per preparare pasti semplici e c'è anche la lavastoviglie. Il letto è comodo. La comunicazione con il padrone di casa è stata ottima e veloce, è stato molto gentile accogliendo tutte le mie richieste. Alloggio assolutamente consigliato.
