Amazing Apartment! super neatly decorated, well decorated, 1 block away from the subway entrance. Market, nearby cafes. Not to mention the incredible view of the mountain ranges you can see from the balcony.

Mabel is an excellent host, she was always attentive to all our needs, recommended places and was always available. Excellent location, the neighborhood is quiet, there is parking and it is two blocks from the Costanera Center in case you want to go shopping. I recommend it 100%.

Luís' apartment is a great place to stay in Santiago, well located, quiet neighborhood, close to supermarket and pharmacies. The apartment comfortably accommodated our group of 7, clean linens and towels, all very well organized, the electric heaters in the rooms brought extra comfort. The full kitchen with all the utensils and appliances available made it easy for us to prepare some meals at home. Communication with Luís was easy, he always responded promptly, and facilitated our check-in. We appreciate the host's availability and look forward to returning one day to visit Santiago again.

Very cozy apartment, it has what you need for a pleasant stay, you can walk to Movistar without problems, I would add a few blankets for the cold, details that fill the heart, the welcome chocolates and the courtesy waters, very friendly and concerned concierge, impeccable order and cleanliness.

The stay in the apartment was excellent. Evelyn was always available for any concerns and was very clear with all kinds of instructions. The cleanliness, comfort, and location of the place make this place an excellent recommendation for short stays. I recommend 10/10

Clean and comfortable suite in the middle of Providencia. We enjoyed having a small kitchen for breakfasts, light dinners, etc. Walkable to public transit, tons of restaurants, and cerro San Cristóbal. There is some street noise, but it's to be expected given the location. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Recommended!

Communication with Pamela was great and the place exactly meets expectations. I stayed for 1 week and it was super quiet, it's a great cost-benefit option. Only 2 points of attention: the first one would be in relation to the cleanliness of the place, which was very dusty when we arrived. The other would be in relation to the noise of the street and the neighboring buildings (which sometimes party), if you are light sleep can be a problem. Overall, I highly recommend and would return without a doubt!

Everything is impeccable, just as seen in the photos, quick check-in, no problems, and the view towards the interior is beautiful, with the pool.

Without a doubt, the hosts were what made the difference from the start, always attentive answering questions and as a plus, an extensive guide of detailed tourist recommendations worthy of a tour guide. The accommodation is just like the photos and the details, a 10-point service that makes the difference. Although the area becomes a bit deserted at night, especially on weekends, it is 3 blocks from a major metro line and Ubers are easy to access. The block where the accommodation is located looks very nice. The whole experience is highly recommended.

We had a good stay, the apartment is the same as the photos, it has a supermarket nearby and the subway was very convenient for us to get around the city. There is a school next door to take into account

It is a loft that apart from beautiful is homely, very comfortable, the ceiling is high and that gives a sense of space that other places do not have. Paula has been a great guide to places and restaurants, as well as helpful recommendations. The loft is beautifully decorated and has the great advantage of being away from street noise. The building has a large terrace with a full view of the city, you can see it rise and set the sun. They are things that I value very much. The kitchen is very well equipped and has what we need to have a good time cooking. The bathroom is also very comfortable, well lit and I am very grateful for the details that other guests will surely notice in their stays, things, the decor and quality of materials. And finally the water filter which is very convenient.
