Excellent, the apartment has a very good layout, I loved that the kitchen was far from everything, I liked it more than a hotel, very cozy, everything was clean, the apartment has a beautiful view, a quiet place, with parking, everything was great, Don Bruno is a great person, his concern is incredible, to return, as they say in Chile, all the time, I recommend it one hundred percent, for those who read this review, ADELE WEY you will not regret it

Beautiful home split over 4 levels. Gorgeous artworks and decorating, with a balanced mix of both modern and antique decor. Great location. Loved this place to spread out and have plenty of space. The bath was wonderful. Easy walkability to the park and Provodencia. Would highly recommend. The only downside was the small kitchen with limited space. Would not be suitable for cooking a family meal. So many restaurants within easy walking distance though.

Second stay here in Punta Arenas 6 years apart. Didn’t disappoint. Very comfortable base for exploring and layover

As many have said, the pics don’t do it justice. The lovely garden area is perfect for a little decompression after immersing yourself in a very stimulating city and the hosts (human and cat) are very welcoming. I did not use the kitchen to cook a full meal but it has most or all of what you’d need and was ideal for making coffee and snacks to enjoy on the terrace. Great view!

What an absolutely gorgeous place with a beautiful view. Maria Elena is the sweetest host who checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. A 20 minute, easy walk into town. I was sad to leave here! Would absolutely recommend.

My experience in this apartment was simply excellent. The space is spacious and has very comfortable areas that make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Heating is present practically throughout the apartment, which is ideal for the Punta Arenas climate. It is located in the northern part of the city, a quiet and accessible area, which also adds to the general comfort of the stay. The whole place feels very clean, comfortable and is equipped with excellent quality items, in perfect condition. Every detail seems to be designed to provide comfort and well-being to the guest. I also want to highlight the owner, Mily, who is a real charming person: friendly, warm and always attentive to any request. Your kindness and concern make a big difference and are greatly appreciated. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped stay with first-class service.

Very comfortable apartment, for couples or one person, in a spectacular area like Providencia. Beautiful terrace overlooking the mountain range. Clean and tidy. Restaurants and cafes nearby. 100% recommended.

Very cozy apartment, it has what you need for a pleasant stay, you can walk to Movistar without problems, I would add a few blankets for the cold, details that fill the heart, the welcome chocolates and the courtesy waters, very friendly and concerned concierge, impeccable order and cleanliness.

The apartment is very nicely located, the area is safe and very good. The apartment is just like the photos, it has everything you need for a stay. Just a comment about the mattress, which is a little sunken! Everything else is perfect.

Paz is a great host and the apartment is very special. i had the pleasure of staying for one month whilst waiting for my ship to sail to England, after travelling for 5 years in South America. It really is a wonderful space with a fantastic view and a wonderful balcony to take your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening. If you get the chance to stay here i strongly recommend you take the opportunity.

We loved Juan's apartment, we felt right at home. The apartment is spacious, modern and comfortable. It has everything you need to stay for several days. The kitchen is well equipped. The armchairs are comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious and comfortable. It has sheets, towels, extra bedspreads. The balcony is large, well equipped with armchairs and has a direct view of the dunes and you can see the sea as well. It's beautiful to see the sunset. Juan let us in earlier, he was very helpful and always responded quickly. The complex is very nice, it has 24-hour security, the people who work there are very friendly. And the area is privileged, it has access to the park, which is beautiful. We went with our dog and enjoyed it a lot. The dunes are also a few steps away. You can walk to the Jumbo supermarket, which is large and has everything. Also to restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The neighborhood is beautiful. It was a beautiful stay, we look forward to coming back soon😊. Thank you Juan!

The place was spotless and fully equipped. It was a fairly quiet and cozy stay. I would definitely come back.

Everything was good, Jorge responded very quickly, the location is excellent and the apartment has a nice view and has everything you need to be comfortable.

The apartment is very nice and has everything you need for a good stay, and even a little more. It is very well furnished, with a good bed, good internet, clean, easy to access and in a safe place. My only recommendations would be to check the bathroom, as there is quite a smell of sewage, and if you are a person who is bothered by light when sleeping, it would be good to bring a visor or something to cover your eyes. It might also be useful to check or change the sheets and blankets, as they were a bit itchy. Overall, it's a very good place and I highly recommend it.

We had a great time. The three of us (all in our early 20s) initially wanted to stay for three nights but then even prolonged our stay for another night. Ivania was so nice to us! When we ran out of gas for the stove and hot water, she fixed a new supply in 5 minutes. She also explained us how to have a nice time in the city what to do and not to do. Just about everything was perfect and the AirBnB really is as cozy as it looks. If we were to travel to Valparaiso again, I‘m sure we‘d come back to Ivania‘s place <3

Cristian was really nice to us. Upon arrival at the loft, he greeted us with a nice touch that we greatly appreciated. He was friendly and communicative at all times. The loft was very clean and tidy. The kitchen, linens and towels were impeccable. Located in a very nice place in Valparaíso with a beautiful view. Recommended.
