Paz is a great host and the apartment is very special. i had the pleasure of staying for one month whilst waiting for my ship to sail to England, after travelling for 5 years in South America. It really is a wonderful space with a fantastic view and a wonderful balcony to take your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening. If you get the chance to stay here i strongly recommend you take the opportunity.

Comfortable apartment for a couple. It is located in the heart of downtown with nearby shopping centers, train station and collective. It has everything you need for your stay for a short time. I appreciate the American coffee maker

Beautiful villa with an amazing view. Everything was very clean and tidy.

As many have said, the pics don’t do it justice. The lovely garden area is perfect for a little decompression after immersing yourself in a very stimulating city and the hosts (human and cat) are very welcoming. I did not use the kitchen to cook a full meal but it has most or all of what you’d need and was ideal for making coffee and snacks to enjoy on the terrace. Great view!

The apartment is very cozy. The kitchen area is small, but it was not a problem for us. Ramon (the co-host) was very friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and accessible to the most touristy areas. We had a great time. Recommended!!

Great place, better than in pictures. Cleanliness, privacy and tranquility stand out. Don Sergio and Doña Marisol are very kind and friendly, concerned at all times. Ideal for resting and disconnecting for a while from the stress of the city. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back here.

Very good location in Las Condes, with parking included and a nice view from the studio. We recommend going up to the 29th floor terrace: the view of the city is spectacular. The place was clean and check-in was easy, but some details were missing (kitchen roll, adapters, complimentary water). Somewhat noisy due to the highway and the neighboring dogs. Overall, a good experience but with room for improvement.

We loved Juan's apartment, we felt right at home. The apartment is spacious, modern and comfortable. It has everything you need to stay for several days. The kitchen is well equipped. The armchairs are comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious and comfortable. It has sheets, towels, extra bedspreads. The balcony is large, well equipped with armchairs and has a direct view of the dunes and you can see the sea as well. It's beautiful to see the sunset. Juan let us in earlier, he was very helpful and always responded quickly. The complex is very nice, it has 24-hour security, the people who work there are very friendly. And the area is privileged, it has access to the park, which is beautiful. We went with our dog and enjoyed it a lot. The dunes are also a few steps away. You can walk to the Jumbo supermarket, which is large and has everything. Also to restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The neighborhood is beautiful. Everything is impeccable, just as seen in the photos, quick check-in, no problems, and the view towards the interior is beautiful, with the pool.

Claudia's accommodation is perfect for spending a few relaxing days in Valparaíso. It is close to shopping areas, with restaurants and bars, but in a residential neighborhood, which allows you to rest and sleep peacefully. The apartment was in excellent condition, clean and tidy, with all the amenities for a good stay, as well as a beautiful view of the city. I recommend it 100%.

We had a good stay, the apartment is the same as the photos, it has a supermarket nearby and the subway was very convenient for us to get around the city. There is a school next door to take into account

The apartment is very nice and has everything you need for a good stay, and even a little more. It is very well furnished, with a good bed, good internet, clean, easy to access and in a safe place. My only recommendations would be to check the bathroom, as there is quite a smell of sewage, and if you are a person who is bothered by light when sleeping, it would be good to bring a visor or something to cover your eyes. It might also be useful to check or change the sheets and blankets, as they were a bit itchy. Overall, it's a very good place and I highly recommend it.
