Beautiful place, beautiful house too. Quiet environment, close to nature and impeccable interior decor. The access was a bit complicated, the streets nearby and the condominium itself are very damaged and with huge holes, low cars suffer a lot or do not pass. At the gatehouse they did not know to guide us which of the streets was the house. Suggestions: The air-conditioning only has in one bedroom and in the living room, put in the others, it would be great… For those who go in order to leave the jet at the pier, it is bad, it does not have external protections so that when making waves it does not damage by hitting the structure, if it put tires or protection proper to the pier, it would be perfect. Space bounding buoia would also help a lot. It does not have many kitchen utensils, it would be cool if it had a blender for example. The house itself is extremely comfortable to spend the days.

Place read and with an amazing view, we stayed last year on the same date. house with a lot of utensils makes all the difference. has a vegetable garden and we can use fresh vegetables. spacious house several rooms with a lot of privacy. I was with my family on the New Year, 15 people. Very good, spacious house, perfectly accommodated everyone. Very cozy. All equipped. Fabio is a great host. Super indico hiring diarista Jô, super pro-active and hands-on. Air conditioning in the rooms was a plus as it was very hot the days. Playroom already equipped for children. The condominium is very beautiful, super quiet. To improve I would indicate to have a modern barbecue or barbecue space because the house deserves. Of the rest, everything perfect.
