The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique place, on the banks of the Igarata Dam. There are 5 bedrooms, all with air-conditioning, 3 of which are en-suites. A lounge with a TV room, fireplace and gourmet kitchen, as well as an advanced deck with a wood-burning oven. At the top, a large swimming pool with a Treated Eucalyptus kiosk, and a complete barbecue area, with a Cook top and a large table for 12 people. All this with a phenomenal 180° view of the Igarata Dam. A magical and quiet place for your family.

My space is near Igarata, which is 120 km from São Paulo, ideal for families and groups of friends who like nature. You'll love my place! The house has a beautiful view of the reservoir, swimming pool, steam sauna, Jacuzzi and a very pleasant atmosphere that provides joy and rest for your weekend.
