Sara’s Casitas Amazing is the word that comes to mind first. Seeing the sunset and the sunrise, amazing. This home is just the right size, and beautifully decorated. From the bedroom with the comfortable bed to the bathroom with the beautiful colors, the vibe is calm peaceful & comfortable. The living area spacious, the kitchen is well stacked with everything one needs to make a meal before headed out or upon return. Sara introduced me to the local coffee ( I bought some back home from the farmers market) This was a needed quiet time for us and we found the perfect spot, downtown is about 20 minutes away so easy in and back again. But it was the morning breakfast on the deck and early evening rest in the hammock that started and ended the days. We will be back, Big Thanks Sara Geraldine & George

Everything was stellar except that from the listing - there was nothing that indicated this was a multi-family housing unit. I likely would not have booked had I known. That said it was impeccably clean and an amazing location. All amenities were great and rules were very reasonable and clear. As hosts, Jenny and Brian should be commended for offering such. Wonderful place - I just wish I had know it wasn’t as secluded as I thought.

This casita provided a truly wonderful home base for our trip. It was immaculately clean, thoughtfully appointed and clutter-free, making it a peaceful & comfortable retreat. Our hosts were welcoming & responsive, adding personal touches that made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. The location is perfect - walkable to many of Santa Fe’s most interesting neighborhoods, galleries & restaurants. Strolling along Canyon Road and enjoying the creativity on display was a special experience. Kakawa Chocolate House, just a short walk from the casita, was a delightful stop for dessert (drinking chocolate flight is a must-try). One highlight of our trip was a day at Bandelier National Monument. The beautiful trails and ancient cliff dwellings gave us a real sense of history, and climbing the ladders added a fun sense of adventure. We also enjoyed an afternoon at Ojo Santa Fe, soaking in the mineral tubs and saltwater pool - a relaxing treat after a day of walking. We hope to return!

My wife and two grandkids 9 and 7 years old and I really enjoyed David and Tiago's place. The kids liked the back yard and the hammock and the nearby park and two separate twin beds in their bedroom they also liked the speed of the Internet for their switch game. My wife and I liked the kitchen for cooking so much so we are out very little. The decor was very nice and looked well designed. We would like to stay here again next time.

Loved the location of the property, it was peaceful and felt remote yet connected to Santa Fe. The house was charming and had everything required for a great stay. Hervé was available when needed and was friendly and accommodating.

The location is unbearable. Walking distance to almost everything in town, and you feel like you’re getting an authentic experience living in Santa Fe, especially with the unique architecture of the casita. Place was clean and comfortable. Mark was communicative and lovely. There are two outdoor patios that are lovely, and a washer dryer which is a game saver if you’ve packed light. And there’s the added perk of the cat that lives next door named Lucy! 10/10. Don’t miss out!

The casita is a cozy studio space but very comfortable. The adobe character and skylights make it very appealing. There is also a private patio that is very pleasant if it’s not too hot. We had everything we needed for cooking and otherwise. It’s a 10 minute walk to the plaza and a short drive to grocery stores. We would stay here again.

We were in for a wedding. Our original place to stay turned out to be extremely small and not coducive for four women. We were so lucky to find Francis's listing that had just come available! It is beautiful! We had so much room and enjoyed walking for exercise. We loved the private sirene location. The home is huge, beautiful location and very relaxing. We plan to try to book again for a girls weekend in the future!

Great stay! Easy walking to everything. Seth was responsive. Great parking spot included, of easy load in and out. I'd stay again for sure!

Great location 2 minute walk to coffee, 2 minute walk to a particularly popular and quintessential museum, 5 minute walk to restaurants and bars...yet removed enough to be quiet. Host was helpful when we needed 2 different things delivered (long story).

A Santa Fe southwest dream! Beautiful, very comfortable set of suites. The Atami was snazzy & cozy, & the Sencha was bright & homey. Very clean, contemporary, colorful, & extremely comfortable. An excellent value! The beds were plush & dreamy & the showers were very nice. Especially the hair products!

Katie’s place was in a great location - walkable to all of downtown Santa Fe with a parking spot in case you wanted to drive out of town. The bed was comfortable, AC worked great, and the kitchen had the basics we needed.

This peaceful and very comfortable apartment is one of the best we've frequented. The space is efficient yet cosy, there are many thoughtful design and practical features, and the location is ideal. We enjoyed coffee on the sunny patio in the morning, and there was a gentle cooling breeze in the evening. Mary Anne is an excellent host, friendly and helpful - her guest book is a great reference. We liked to linger there, but all the Santa Fe attractions called to us. Returning there in the evening was a pleasure. We hope to return in future.

Honestly, one of the best Airbnbs. Made for a very comfortable and peaceful place. After 3pm, the area becomes even more quiet. It literally has everything you could need. Beats a hotel any day of the week!

We had a great time staying at Alexander's place in Santa Fe! It was a beautiful unit with great light. It was very quiet and we were easily able to drive to restaurants and shops. Alexander provided easy to follow instructions to get in, check out, etc.

Great location, clean, and quiet. Loved everything about our visit to Santa Fe, especially starting and ending each day at our comfortable vacation rental.

I absolutely loved my stay at Velma and Jude’s condo. The condo was more roomy than I imagined. The kitchen was beautiful and I loved cooking meals at their place. The condo was comfortable and had everything I needed even for my short stay. The neighbors were quiet and the place in general was very calm with little to no traffic noise. The room was beautiful and her place was beautiful I loved the little details around the place and would definitely come back and stay again. It was perfect for me!

Magical stay is right! This place is ideally situated, great walking distance to explore Santa Fe. Nice aesthetic cozy home with everything you could ask for. Jacuzzi included! We will be back.

Cute place, kitchen stocked with everything you would need, clean and spacious bathroom. Washer/dryer - Ed didn’t use it but nice to have. Great location and easy to get around. There was road construction going on when we were there but did not affect our stay, and we didn’t hear anything. A lot of natural light via sky lights.

The apartment was filled with nice touches, like coffee for the mornings, and a book with lots of recommendations for local activities, including hikes!! The whole place was also attractive, with glazed tile in the kitchen and the bathroom, and a fireplace for the cool nights. Finally, Ghita was very responsive the two times we wanted to get in touch. We will stay here when we come back!!!!

Great location for enjoying Santa Fe and all it has to offer. Very walkable to all the restaurants and sites. Easy communications and comfortable home. We enjoyed our stay.

Marks place was great, location convenient to getting around, furnishings very comfortable and relaxing. Mark was responsive and provided clear instructions, we really enjoyed our stay.

A couple, individual or even small family could pay as much or much more for a compact hotel room and get a bed and bathroom and some kind of TV and maybe something to sit on. Or you could rent the Casita and (although not a huge space overall) get: a comfortable living room with adequate seating, a hide-a-bed and a Roku-equipped smart TV; a good-sized dining room with solid table and four matching chairs (plus the laundry closet); a galley-sized but very well equipped modern kitchen; a functional bathroom with a great walk-in shower; a decent sized bedroom with closet, dresser and another Roku TV; plus a private patio with dining/sunning table, great landscaping, a nice gas grill - even a little water feature. Plus the location very central to SF's most popular attractions (and Trader Joe's hardly two blocks away); parking just a few steps from the door; and very responsive and gracious hosts - who take the desert SW form and color themes with the decor to the next level.

Had a wonderful 4 night stay at Aime’s place. Very comfortable accommodations (great bed) with everything you need located in a quiet neighborhood. She has put together a handy guide book listing her favorite restaurants, foods to try and hiking trails. It’s a short (+- a half mile) walk to the plaza and surrounding restaurants, galleries and shopping. And really close to the Canyon Rd galleries. The only time I needed my car was to visit the museums on Museum Hill and to get to hiking spots. I hope it’s available the next time I come because I’d highly recommend it.
