Charming house, full of character. Walking distance to the Plaza, park and trail. We had 7 people and 3 generations staying at Lena's place, and all of us loved it.

McKenzie House: Downtown Guesthouse

AshleyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I really enjoyed staying at this Cynthias Casita. The location was perfect for a couples weekend retreat. 5 min walk to the main plaza with lots of restaurants and museums. It had all the amenities and beyond what I would expect. Check in was very easy and straight forward. The backyard was very tranquil and enjoyed using the hot tub. Would 10/10 stay here again and would recommend.

Secluded, safe, ensuite in art community. Dogs ok

I stayed for 5 nights at Ken & Tina's apartment next to their house. It was a truly wonderful experience. The property was lovely, secluded, quiet, full of ambience and safe. The apartment was stocked with everything I needed (or could have thought to need) including drinking water, coffee assortment, snacks, continental breakfast items, washer/dryer, dishes, utensils, microwave, fridge and more - and was filled with comfy furnishings. Though the weather wasn't very cooperative (we had rain, hail and even some snow) during my visit, each morning I woke to peaceful quiet except for birds chirping. Their sweet dog Ruby is also fabulous host and will happily invite herself onto your lap if you let her. Ken and Tina are also very eager to socialize with their guests and I had a wonderful happy hour one evening in front of the firepit with Ken and Ruby (Tina was away), we also all had dinner together one evening. Highly recommend this place and will 100% stay there on my next visit.

HotTub + FirePit w. MtnViews | Pets OK | DT 10mins

This is a beautiful home that just feels like you are in Santa Fe. The living spaces are spacious and comfortable, with two living rooms, a formal dining and a well equipped kitchen. The beds and linens are comfortable, the outdoor space and view is beautiful, and the home is nicely decorated. The only thing that was a bit challenging for our group was one of the bedrooms is off of another bedroom, and the entrance to that room is small (you have to step up and the doorframe is very low) and two of the seven beds are located in it (one of them being a trundle bed). A couple of the bedrooms did not have air conditioning so at night with the doors closed it was warm in there (in the summer). We really enjoyed our stay!

Two bedroom casita

JamesRating, 5 stars1 month ago
House was fantastic. Everything was great about it. The pictures are spot on. The beds were comfortable. Access was great. The private patio area was also fantastic. Having a washer was a very welcome. And my wife, who is a fairly active bird watcher found that one of the best birding locations was right across the street. Couldn’t be happier! Thank you!

Besides the fact that Colleen and Shaan are helpful, down to earth and informative hosts, the rooms were impressive as well. It was the best AirBnB experience I have ever had!!! Shaan and Colleen were such kind, nice, warm, and welcoming people. Breakfast at the patio with other guests was of unexpected joy! This place is located only several blocks from the Downtown Plaza - very convenient, yet quiet at night. We stayed in Corazon room - it was a beautiful room, and the bed was so comfortable! When I visit Santa Fe again, I will definitely want to stay Shaan and Colleen's place!

The Guadalupe Inn Room 11

BrittanyRating, 5 stars55 months ago
This was such a great place to stay for exploring Santa Fe! The hospitality was incredible, lots of great suggestions for our first time to Santa Fe! Breakfast was small but just what we needed to start the day, we ate ours and drank our coffee on the patio outside of the office building. Our room was upgraded to a bigger room so I’m not sure exactly how this room would have been. But everything was clean, had so much character and we felt very safe as 4 girls traveling. It was about a 15 min walk downtown to all the galleries, shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Room in large house, next to greenhouse

ChrisRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Jim is a wonderful host and makes you feel at home. He is worldy and has neat and amusing stories and information to share. Our room was next to an internal greenhouse. It was full of windows and skylights and we could see the stars at night above. The drive to Sante Fe from here is about 18 min, and easy once you are familiar with the route. Excellent stay.

Colleen and Shaan's place is awesome: clean, cozy, close to the center of the city. But most of all, it is the host's hospitality that impressed us. The breakfasts are wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Santa Fe, thanks to Colleen and Shaan's help. We will be back and stay with them again in the future.
