The house is a minimalist design,very cared for and new.Pablo was attentive to us and we really enjoyed the stay

PROS The apartment was spotless, it's spacious The kitchen is spectacular, and also has many useful utensils The bathroom was clean, spacious, with two large, clean towels The spacious room with several quilts and air conditioning The garage looked safe, I don't know if it's big because we went on a motorcycle, but unless it's a very, very long van, I think all the cars fit The host always kept in touch NOT SO MANY PROS It was not our case, but if you have mobility problems, the apartment had quite a high staircase to climb to the room. The TV only had a few channels and didn't have the ability to stream from the cell phone (a Chromecast fixes this) If you arrive from the west side to the location, the streets and people (beggars, cardboard sellers, cracks, etc.) looked a bit cloudy. I would strongly recommend not walking or traveling through this area. CONCLUSION Everything was a 10, very flexible with check-in. GOOD EXPERIENCE

A bit of a last minute reservation but the house was incredible and the pool was very helpful during this period of hot weather. I would have liked to stay there longer.

We had an excellent stay at this home. The safety is excellent, which allowed us to fully relax. The pool is spacious, clean and perfect to enjoy as a family. The quincho is comfortable and very well equipped, ideal for asados and outdoor gatherings. The park is a true paradise: extensive, well-kept and with lots of greenery to enjoy nature. Also, the host was very responsive and always available for any inquiries, making sure our stay was spotless. Definitely a place we would go back to. Highly recommended!

The place is very well located. The building is half a block from the pedestrian area, with everything nearby, including the terminal. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and more. The truth is, I was surprised by all the things it had, even a washing machine. The balcony is beautiful and spacious for a few mates. Thanks for having me!

Gustavo is a genius!! Always attentive to everything, recommending everything from fishing tactics to business recommendations, etc. The house has everything you need. It's very comfortable. It has 3 floors, a beautiful patio, a beautiful dock and even a ladder to go down to the riverbank. We had an excellent stay, excellent fishing and an excellent place and host. We would definitely be back! A luxury!!

Excellent Andrés, very attentive and helpful. The best beach house I've stayed in with my family. Super complete and comfortable house, the garden, its furniture, the grill is the best with a view of the Paraná. We'll be back!

Esteban was available all the time. large, comfortable and clean rooms. huge kitchen with all the utensils and more. the garden is spacious, with two grills, outdoor tables and a pool. huge indoor garage. Two bathrooms with good water pressure in the showers. 100% recommended.

Bruno's place was the most comfortable and peaceful stay we had in Argentina. We had amazing walks to the river, we bought goods from the locals just around the corner. The place was spotless, very well stocked and big enough for everyone to have their own space. The pool was a plus. If I couldn't find anything or had questions, Bruno would answer within seconds. We got to meet him and he was a wonderful person. We will definitely come back to have an amazing peaceful retreat.

You really rest in the Griselda's house. Comfortable with large and well-refrigerated environments with AA. The outdoor grill tree next to the pool made a very hot end very enjoyable. 12 blocks from the Autódromo de Paraná, it was ideal for us who went to see Carreras de autos. Very nice house , comfortable and clean . We will be back !

Silvia's apartment is just like the photos. Very comfortable. Close to the city's downtown. There are several shops in the area. Silvia was always willing to help. Very good communication. We will definitely be back.

The hosts are very friendly and you feel at home. It's a very quiet area of Paraná, close to the subfluvial tunnel, so it's great for going to Santa Fe and back.
