We had the pleasure of staying 3 nights in this beautiful apartment, and it honestly exceeded all our expectations. The photos posted are 100% real, but the truth is that living it is even more beautiful than in photos. Every corner is decorated with impeccable taste, which creates a warm and comfortable atmosphere. I want to especially highlight Pablo's service, who received us at 10 pm with total kindness and willingness. He waited for us to personally hand us the key, took the time to explain every detail of the apartment's operation, and was thoughtful enough to leave us coffee, tea, sugar and other provisions that, being only 3 days, we would not have bought. Those kinds of gestures make a difference. The location is also excellent, close to everything and in a very quiet area. We thank both Pablo and the owner of the apartment for offering us such a well-kept and thoughtful space, even in the smallest details. We would definitely choose it again and recommend it 100%

The apartment is just as it looks and is described. All rooms have air conditioning/heating, with a spacious living room to share with family and/or friends. The kitchen is stocked. Federico as a host responded quickly, was flexible and was always available. It's definitely an apartment I'd go back to!

We stayed two nights and the stay was very good. Everything was very clean and tidy. Check-in was easy by following the instructions. The apartment is very quiet, it is located in a neighborhood, a little far from the center, but it is great. The only thing I suggested is that if you use the garage, have your own key to enter and exit the building and not a community one. We didn't cook, but note that there weren't many cooking utensils. The communication is impeccable, they respond to your inquiry immediately. Without hesitation, I recommend it and would come back. Thank you very much Agustin Apart!

Beautiful home, right by the coast. High ceilings, cozy brick and wood walls, and a gorgeous patio. Felt very fresh and cozy.

Extremely comfortable and well equipped place. All equipment works as expected, wi-fi always on (not a single hiccup), air conditioner and fans working fine. Everything in working condition. Quite sizeable apartment, enough for two individuals perfectly fine. Very clean and well kept bathroom. Washing area functional. Balcony with an ample view of the surrounding streets and to stores. Host was also incredible. Very friendly reception, always willing to answer any questions even if they are completely unrelated to my stay. Had no issues with accommodate extra requests. I would absolutely recommend this place if you are planning a stay in the city. It is essentially near everywhere you'd want to go, just a few minutes walk from all parks, from the riverside, from the university, from downtown, everything is at a short walk. No regrets, would book again.
