I had a wonderful stay here! It's a great place to explore Oaxaca from while also having a relaxing private stay. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing place. It's within a 25 minute walk of the city and it's super easy to take a taxi back and forth from the city to the accomodation. Ivonne was a fantastic host and would bring me local food and give me fantastic tips about exploring the area. Highly recommended!

The place is far from the centre of Oaxaca where many of the things to see and do are, you’ll need a car if you stay here - Taxis aren’t as accessible / convenient depending on time of day. Otherwise, great place and made use of the rooftop. Very clean, easy check in.

I had a wonderful stay! The views of the mountains, the terrace, skylights, windows/doors, modern design, spacious rain shower, and kingsized bed made it difficult to leave! The apartment had the feeling of a modern boutique condo and the hosts were super responsive. It was also easy to get around because the apartment is within walking distance of the city’s center. I whole-heartedly recommend Aloja T!!! It is a hidden gem!

Fue el mejor lugar que pudimos escoger, son excelentes personas y están al pendiente de uno como huésped, si quieren disfrutar y regresar contentos a casa recomiendo que se queden con ellos

Kar was a lovely host, flexible, responsive and caring. The space was perfect for our group of 4 and so close to a lovely park and many restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. The private parking was a plus! We would absolutely return!

El estudio de Gene y Miranda es el lugar perfecto para descansar y relajarse en la ciudad de Oaxaca. El lugar es un oasis en las afueras de la urbe. Llegamos y nos sentimos como en casa. Todo estaba ordenado y muy bien equipado. Florencio el casero nos recibió muy amablemente. Volveremos pronto. Nos encantó.

Tuvimos una estancia increíble gracias a Miguel Ángel :) El departamento estaba muy amplio y cómodo, con todo lo necesario para estar la semana. El rumbo estuvo muy tranquilo todo el tiempo que estuvimos ahí. La ubicación estuvo maravillosa: todo está a distancia caminable, hay un montón de lugares cerca para comer, hay tienditas y súper por si necesitas algo. Miguel Ángel fue muy atento desde el principio. Nos perdimos un poco para llegar y él nos esperó afuera para mostrarnos exactamente el lugar; nos explicó claramente dónde estaba y cómo funcionaba cada cosa dentro del departamento y siempre fue muy amable. Definitivamente nos volveríamos a alojar aquí en una visita futura.

Anastasia's house was spectacular. So many beautiful details, and an AMAZING outside roof terrace. My favorite thing was sitting out there admiring all the plants and the view. The house is walking distance to all the restaurants/cafes/markets. The nice showers and air conditioning was a plus. It was just me and my boyfriend but this house is certainly big enough for a family or extra guests. Could not recommend this airbnb enough!

Un alojamiento que vale la pena por lo que pagas. La zona si bien no es muy cercana al centro ofrece rapidez en las avenidas principales. No es difícil llegar y la casa se encuentra en una zona segura. Tiene amenidades extras que a veces te hacen querer quedarte en la casa, excelente alojamiento.

Our stay was fantastic. It was in a nice area and was super close to the center of the city and a big supermarket. The house itself was beautiful and spacious. Having an alarm made us feel a lot safer and we really appreciated being left drinking water and having an in house washer and dryer. Overall, our stay was great and it made Oaxaca even better.

The home was absolutely beautiful and had every amenity we could possibly need. The host went above and beyond—leaving us fresh eggs, fruit, coffee, and water, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our kids especially loved the pool, and we really appreciated how proactive and attentive the host was throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home with great indoor/outdoor living. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, great location for walking to shops, restaurants, and Oaxaca attractions. A bit loud at times. It was not the fault of the Airbnb, but one evening a nearby alarm sounded from 2am til 9am and it was horribly loud. Because of the open roof, sound seemed to travel right in. Cleaning services were great. Beware that there is a neighborhood cat who likes to stop by and there were lizards on the ceilings most evenings. Wonderful, friendly accommodating hosts. Really loved this beautiful home and the courtyard atrium.

La casa estaba limpia, muy bonita, cocina totalmente equipada y la atención por parte del anfitrión fue muy buena y oportuna. No tan cerca del centro, 20 minutos caminando y 8 en carro, para nosotros esto no fue algo negativo ya que disfrutamos de caminar y nos pareció que la zona era segura incluso de noche. Fue de mucha utilidad que la casa contara con estacionamiento para dos vehículos, al igual de que cada habitación contará con su propio baño, esto dio privacidad a todos los huéspedes y agilizó mucho las salidas de la casa para los paseos. Batallamos un poco con la conexión al wifi, lo reportamos al anfitrión y acudió a revisarlo personalmente, sin embargo la conexión no mejoró. A pesar de contar con smart tv en cada habitación y en la sala de estar no pudimos conectarnos a Netflix u otra plataforma. Otro punto de mejora es cuidar la luz que entra en las habitaciones por los tragaluces de las habitaciones, nosotros que viajamos con un bebé fue algo que no favoreció su sueño

Spacious, clean and well equipped place. Oscar received us at short notice, allowed us an early check in and communicated promptly throughout our entre stay. Excellent host, recommended stay.

La comunicación con la anfitriona siempre fue muy buena, estaba al pendiente y había respuesta rápida con soluciones. La casa está grande, cuenta con todo lo necesario para sentirse en casa, muy cómoda y muy limpia, es apta para bebés también, sin duda volveré a rentar este espacio.

Nice quiet inner courtyard at walking distance from the center. The place was nice, beds and bathrooms comfortable and clean!

Olivia and her partners were very responsive, helped us schedule our Airport pick ups and drop offs and were prompt in replying to our questions in a friendly manner. The apartment was comfortable, clean and in easy walking distance to the Xochimilco, Jalatlaco. Zocalo, The botanical gardens, Cultural Museum, Santo Domingo de Guzman Cathedral as well as highly recommended restaurants, cafes and bakeries. We would highly recommend staying at this apartment

El departamento estaba muy bien diseñado, me encantó la distribución. Solo no había agua para tomar en el garrafón, llegamos de noche y eso nos faltó. La televisión nunca funcionó, supongo que no sirve. Por lo demás todo muy bien, los cuartos, la cocina, todo estuvo excelente. Sin duda volvería

El apartamento es muy moderno y cómodo. Está muy bien ubicado ya que aunque no queda en el centro, está a aproximadamente 15 minutos en vehículo. Pamela es muy amable y siempre estuvo atenta a todo lo que necesitamos. Tuvimos un par de inquietudes y nos respondió inmediatamente. Tener parqueadero dentro del edificio es muy importante y útil. Oaxaca una ciudad muy interesante y hermosa.

The listing review is accurate. The apartment has a beautiful view to Las Canteras and sunsets. Local transportation is only a few blocks. We enjoyed staying in this nice apartment. Our family lives very close and it was very convenient.

Muy agradable el departamento, limpio y muy tranquila la zona. Muy buena ubicación, es muy fácil trasladarse a sitios de interés. 100% recomendable. Y la atención de los anfitriones excelente.

A must stay when visiting Oaxaca! The place was beautiful, very clean and had all the amenities you need. The terrace was also a nice touch and so relaxing whilst reading a book and enjoying a morning coffee. The location is fantastic, there are things to do and see in every direction you walk and in such close proximity. The hosts were very responsive with answering any questions I had as well as offering recommendations on what to do/ where to go etc I cannot recommend highly enough!

Great place, well connected through Buses and 3-wheelers. Be prepared for Sundays where buses dont run in this neighbourhood. Pretty close to a Pitico like 7- Eleven. Many vegetable shops close by. Rooms and amenities are very comfortable.
