Very friendly host! Easy to communicate with and helpful when we had to suddenly leave a day early. Location was perfect for my family of 4. Easy drive to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, stores and food close by, and walking distance from the beach. The house was great for kids as there were some board games to play and no clutter for them to get into. We all got a kick out of the decorations and we really appreciated the smart tech throughout the home. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

The condo with perfect for us. Everything was as described, very clean, great location, clear instructions, easy parking. Many miles of beautiful beach for walking. We enjoyed the view while dining on the balcony. Sue was very easy to communicate with and went out of her way to mail a left behind item to me. Thank you Sue!

The location of the condo was superb. The few minute walk to the beach was so convenient and the view was breathtaking. Everything was clean inside and the parking garage was directly around the corner. I would come here again.

We stayed here with our 3-year-old son and all had a wonderful time! The unit we were in was exceptionally clean, quiet, and even had a small view of the ocean! The playground, pool, and beach were all right outside our door and were the highlight of our stay. Trader Joe’s and Target were less than 10 minutes away which was great too. It was a perfect spot to stay as we ventured through Monterey, Carmel, and Big Sur. Although, the condo was so relaxing we easily could have just stayed put the entire time! Would definitely love to come back! Thanks for being such a great host and for the excellent communication and quick responses!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely beach house, just a few steps away from Miramar Beach. The back yard is very spacious and great for kids, there’s a deck out front with a sunset ocean view, and the master bedroom is very large. Howaida is an amazing host - very responsive, friendly, and accommodating.

This neighborhood is safe and peaceful. We have stayed at The Dunes numerous times over the last 4 years. Lisa’s home is beautiful and inviting. We all felt very comfortable and relaxed. It is such a gorgeous area and the staff at the front gate is always so helpful too. I had to reach out to Lisa multiple times throughout our stay and each time her responses were quick and respectful. It was a delight to chat with her and we are definitely planning to come back and would rent this home again.

We had a fantastic stay at David’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was ideal, and everything was exactly as described. David was a responsive and helpful host, making check-in and communication seamless. One of the best parts was how well-stocked the Airbnb was for a beach day—it included a sand wagon, ice chest bag, umbrella, shade tent, and other beach essentials, which made everything super convenient. We really appreciated those thoughtful touches and look forward to visiting again!

The decor was delightful! Very well outfitted with everything you need.beds super comfy. Really good size. We had more than enough room. I appreciate that Crystal saw no issue with my service dog joining us. I was a bit disappointed that you had to be on the balcony to see the beach. There was a complex in the front blocking most of the view from indoors. I also had issue with parking. The garage was only for small cars and the street parking was inconsistent and required several steps. My handicapped daughter found it a bit difficult. The area was not easily walked being on a very very steep hill. I wish there were more info in the description. All in all, it was a gorgeous place and really clean, highly recommend for non handicapped folks.

I stayed here with a few of my bridesmaids while looking for a wholesome weekend getaway near Monterey and Carmel-by-the-Sea, and this place absolutely exceeded our expectations. The home is nestled in a beautiful, private community that felt safe, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing—perfect for unwinding and bonding before the big day. The views from the property were absolutely stunning. Whether we were sipping coffee in the morning or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening, the scenery was breathtaking and added such a magical touch to our stay. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. We also loved how easy it was to get around. Whether we were exploring charming shops and restaurants in Carmel-by-the-Sea or spending time along the coast in Monterey, everything was conveniently close and accessible. This spot was ideal for creating special memories, and I would absolutely recommend it.

This was the best home away from home. We had so much fun and literally didn't have to leave the resort. We hung out at the beach and got to see dolphins, a whale and seals! The pool is heated, the trail and the views all around are beautiful. Our kids loved it here. I can't wait to come back.

This location is ideal for those who like easy access to hiking, walking, beach, pools etc. Also a short drive to Capitola, and Santa Cruz to the North. Views from the balcony are way better than the pictures. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay and the residence was extremely comfortable.

Stayed with my husband and parents here for our wedding week that was happening in the area. The place was plenty spacious for 4 people! Much better than a hotel room would’ve been. Gave us quality time cooking in the kitchen and hanging out in the living room, enjoying the hottub & heated pool and the beach! The ocean view from the dining table and the front porch is STUNNING!! The place is nice, well kept, and has everything you need! Any small things that popped up, Patti was helpful and fixed right away! Would definitely stay here again!!

Fantastic place with a stunning view of the beach, incredible interiors, and amazing taste. The front and back gardens are beautiful, the kitchen is super well-equipped, and the beds are absolutely perfect. I highly recommend it – Ann is super kind and responsive. Oh, and by the way, the two most beautiful palm trees in the neighborhood are right in this garden. Don’t hesitate – just come, it’s a no-brainer!

I would stay here again. Loved the location so easy to walk to the beach

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The house was perfect for all 10 of us. The kids loved being across from the beach and enjoyed games on the deck and backyard. Of all the places we’ve stayed the kitchen was the best stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. The bathrooms had more than enough towels and having the washer and dryer was very handy. Highly recommend this home for large groups and would love to stay again!

This is a great place to stay! The house was so clean..beautiful views..we saw a whale from the family room. Very hospitable, Bernardine was easy to communicate with. Our family cannot wait to return!
