Close to the Railway Station and a convenient municipal car park with ticket (Silos/ Saba). Crossing the Borgo Teresiano you can reach the center in 10 minutes by foots. Pharmacy, supermarkets, ice cream parlor and restaurants just a few meters away.

Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

Located 100 meters from the sea, at the top of a short climb of fifty steps that ensures tranquility, it is an old fisherman's house built in the nineteenth century and recently renovated. Within walking distance, you can take advantage of the ice cream shops, restaurants as well as the beaches and the Barcola promenade. Bus stop under the house with the possibility of free parking along Viale Miramare.
