This was a lovely apartment, much more spacious than the photos depict! The host was very friendly and good with communications. The apartment is situated close to the old town and near the train station. It has everything you could possibly need and it is also very quiet. I really enjoyed my time here and would certainly recommend it if you were thinking of having a break in Modena, with easy side trips to Parma, Bologna etc etc. Thank you Lucia & Beatrice!

I had an incredible time staying here, spending time with Enrico and his friends and family. It was beautiful to share different ingredients while cooking, to eat together, play games and have conversations with a lot of great people. It didn't feel forced and just went natural. It was great to explore the local area by bike and there is always some very useful advice to help you. The building is stunning with so much love and detail put into it, you will discover something new every single day. For me it was a unique, authentic and heart-warming experience and I will come back! Thank you!

First time I used AIRBNB I couldn't have done better than this... Host Filippo is very accommodating and truthful about photos and description of the accommodation... his home with all the useful amenities for a stay that must last more than one night... only 4-star rating for the mattress of the double bed, uncomfortable for those with back problems like me and if you have to sleep more than one night, but apart from that... well-stocked kitchen with dishwasher... in the bathroom large shower and washer-dryer not to be underestimated at all, wi-fi... shutters home automation... parking under the house!!!IN SHORT, nothing to say… I'll be back in Carpi and definitely at Filippo's! Thanks also to the co-host Jacopo who followed us with easy and intuitive instructions, being the first experience... and he was also very helpful in giving us all the information for a stay in the name of simplicity and tranquility! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Mauro Laura and Gaia are wonderful hosts. Breakfast outside overlooking the clean pool is the best start for a day. The rooms are sparkling clean and beautiful and lovingly decorated and the beds are comfortable. Mauro gave me good recommendations for restaurants in the area and also told me a lot about Italy's history. The property is about 7 kilometers from Carpi and Modena is 20 minutes away. But it definitely needs a car to reach restaurants, etc., because it is too far away from everything on foot. On my departure, Gaia still gave me her delicious, homemade lemon cake, so nothing could go wrong.

Villa Benatti is a beautiful location. Our ground floor apartment was superb, modern decor and very well laid out. Parking is a real plus. The air conditioning is ideal. The proximity to the central square of Carpi is also very appreciated. Great place to visit Parma, Modena and Bologna. Carpi really deserves a visit!
