A great spot for extended stays in Mar De Plata. The beds are comfortable, and we were able to cook many meals at home. The walk to Playa Grande is easy and saves on taxis. Ignacio and his family are generous and responsive hosts and made our stay even better.

I thought Casa Valencia was a great place to stay. Excellent location. Super comfortable, with all the amenities for a very good stay. It was impeccable and Macarena is very friendly. I definitely recommend it.

Vero's house is very welcoming, with very nice details that generate a beautiful energy, the house is comfortable and impeccable, it has everything you need to spend a nice stay, kitchen, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, utensils of all kinds. The accommodation is in line with the price and the photos. Clean and comfortable. The only thing that can be is the town style that uses locks, but it's part of the trip. Having mdq there just for dinner or doing some daytime activity, you practically don't rub anything. The neighborhood is residential and very quiet. You can hear the frogs at night. You sleep really well. Juan is very understanding, he gives you tips on beaches, places to eat, etc. Check-in is very easy too. You do everything yourself. Back

The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped, in the best area of Mar del Plata. All its rooms have a direct view of the sea, which allows you to enjoy the place at all times. The building staff is very friendly and Alvaro, the host, is impeccable. In the area you will find everything you need to enjoy a stay in the city, supermarkets, pharmacies, gastronomy, bars, cafes, etc. I would definitely come back!

Beautiful apartment and great location. The photos don't show how beautiful the apartment is, mainly because of the ocean views. It has the peculiarity that the front overlooks the ocean and the back also! Because of the curve of the coast. Everything is clean, fully equipped and very well heated. A pleasure to stay here, we will definitely be back.

Elena’s place is beautiful-the apartment is exactly as described: modern, comfortable, and fully equipped, with everything in perfect condition. It’s also in one of the best locations in the city, close to great restaurants and shops. Elena’s communication and attention were outstanding. Such a great apartment! It was perfect for family of 5 for a 2 week stay. Very spacious with a beautiful high end kitchen and a patio and terrace with a view of the lovely plaza Mitre My children loved being right next to plaza, there is so much for kids to do there! Walkable in a wonderful area with lots of great restaurants nearby as well as good proximity to the beach. The building staff were always friendly and helpful and the host is very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for an amazing stay!
