The apartment is the same as in the photos! It has heating and the area is quiet but with a lot of bars and restaurants in the area. Everything was great, thank you!

The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped, in the best area of Mar del Plata. All its rooms have a direct view of the sea, which allows you to enjoy the place at all times. The building staff is very friendly and Alvaro, the host, is impeccable. In the area you will find everything you need to enjoy a stay in the city, supermarkets, pharmacies, gastronomy, bars, cafes, etc. I would definitely come back!

We were delighted with the apartment, the area, it exceeded our expectations. Just to say something, the bed was a little small and the mattress may need a change, but nothing that prevented us from enjoying our stay.

A nice apartment, ideal for 1 or 2 people who want to be close to everything that Mar del Plata has to offer. Juan was always in touch with me and it was very easy to get there. The apartment is well equipped, with a good mattress (comfortable), a work area and Smart TV. The location is the best: there are many things around, including restaurants, bakeries, pizzerias, cafes, a supermarket one block away and, of course, the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

What can I say about Adriana? First time using Airbnb and I had a very pleasant experience. She was an excellent host, helpful and very kind. The apartment is excellent, unbeatable location, good taste, cozy, warm, super comfortable beds, unbeatable cleanliness. The dimensions of the apartment are generous and the distribution provides comfort, it is very well equipped for visitors to feel very comfortable. The building is in unbeatable location with excellent views of the sea and golf course, it is quiet and safe. Giselle and Mirta at all times responded to our questions with kindness and willingness. Thanks to this experience we would like to come back and recommend it to our friends!
