Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Santa Caterina di Pittinuri

Google maps led us to back of the building but Mariella kindly helped us navigate to the right way to get in. She met us at the building and helped us into parking garage and welcomed us to the apartment. An absolutely beautiful high end beautifully appointed apartment. The ocean and city views from the floor to ceiling glass doors and deck was magnificent. As Canadians we had some confusion about how to use the European style appliances. But everything was like new. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything you needed. Sleeping was excellent with great beds and quiet nights. There is a bike path near by that takes you into and around the harbour area and old city. We will be back soon I hope. Thank you Mariella.

Mycket fin lägenhet, samma standard som fint hotellrum. Rent och snyggt, bra möbler. Det minsta rummet med två sängar rymmer två vuxna men. Dubbla duschar och toaletter gjorde det enkelt för fyra vuxna att bo i lägenheten. Trevliga kvarter med lokala butiker som grönsaksaffär, bageri, kaffebar och två större mataffärer ungefär fem minuter bort till fots. Vi hade bil och fick leta lite efter parkeringsplats men det löste sig hela tiden. Lätt att göra utflykter till fina stränder i norr. Bästa boendet jag bott i på Airbnb.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr günstig: zum einen nah an der Altstadt und zur Promenade, zum anderen ruhig und auch so, dass man sein Auto ggf. in der Nähe parken kann. Letzteres ist (wie in jeder Stadt) mit etwas Suchen verbunden, aber mit etwas Glück findet man immer eine Lücke. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und war vor allem sehr sauber (finde ich persönlich super wichtig). Das Bad ist neu und es gibt einen großen Fernseher im Schlafzimmer und einen zusätzlichen kleinen in der Küche. Es gibt kein “Wohnzimmer” und in der “Wohnküche” war der Aufenthalt nicht so gemütlich. Toll ist aber, dass man direkt vor der Wohnung eine Sitzgelegenheit hat. Wenn das Wetter passt, ersetzt das auch den Wohnbereich. Kommunikation und Check-In/-Out liefen reibungslos und schnell. Alles in allem: ich würde wieder hier übernachten! Danke! PS: Tolle Option für Kaffee/kleines Frühstück oder abends ein Bier/Wein ist gleich um die Ecke “Il Chiosco” an der Promenade - absolute Empfehlung!

We are so incredibly grateful for having stayed at this location. There is so much to do that we felt we should have booked for at least another night. The building has so much history and we loved the architecture and the way it was setup! The beautiful ceiling art and the balcony were true gems! It’s also conveniently located close to parking. If you’re worried about having a rental car and not knowing where to park, don’t worry at all. There’s free parking on the neighboring street that the hosts will share with you. It’s a short walk back to the apartment. Lots of beaches you can explore near by just be sure to look them up in case you need to pay to get in and if they have specific rules, like La Pelosa. Guys, highly highly recommend this gem! Thank you to the hosts for allowing us to say at this cozy historical place!

Matteos Apartment is highly recommended by us, we stayed for three nights and loved his place. It is very modern decorated and high quality equipped. We took advantage of the dryer and washing machine. The apartment is within 15 minutes walking distance of the city center. Matteo is highly pro active and responsive, welcomed us personally with local recommendations for restaurant, beaches and cultural possibilities. Thank you for letting us stay there!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana davvero piacevole in questo appartamento. La casa era pulita, accogliente e ben attrezzata per sentirsi a proprio agio fin dal primo giorno. Le foto rispecchiavano fedelmente l'ambiente. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere le principali spiagge ma al tempo tranquilla per potersi rilassare. Sicuramente punto di forza dell'appartamento è il terrazzo con vita direttamente sul mare. Ottimo per poter fare un aperitivo godendosi il tramonto. L'Host stato sempre disponibile, cordiale e preciso sulle informazioni per il check in e check out.

Alice ist eine großartige Gastgeberin. Sie war immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich. Super Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen.

Excellent emplacement, on peut tout faire à pied. Facilité pour garer la voiture ce qui est un plus à Bosa. Le logement est spacieux, bien équipé et bien agencé. Hôte réactif et attentionné. Je recommande vivement.

Sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes, sehr sauberes Apartment! In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht! Der Gastgeber hat uns sogar Sandspielzeug für unser Kind gebracht. Vom Balkon aus sieht man das Meer, welches fußläufig innerhalb von 2 Minuten erreichbar ist. In die Stadt von Alghero braucht man zu Fuß circa 30 - 35 Minuten, was ein toller Spaziergang entlang der Promenade ist. Ich kann die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen, da wir sehr zufrieden waren.

Gianpietro war ein sehr netter Gastgeber, wir hatten via Chat Kontakt. Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos, zudem sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Es dauert nur wenige Minuten fußläufig zum schönen Strand. Mit den im Haus vorhandenen Rädern gelangt man auch zu anderen Buchten. Die Lage des Hauses hat uns für 10 Tage ermöglicht, die Westküste mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erkunden. Alles war insgesamt wirklich so schön, dass wir gerne einfach noch länger geblieben wären. Auch hier nochmals vielen Dank an Gianpietro! Es war unglaublich schön! Der Kontakt zu dir war immer sehr hilfreich, wenn ich Fragen hatte!

Belle maison de ville agréable et très bien équipée, 2 salle de bains détail important quand on est quatre avec machine à laver et sèche linge très confortable avec des enfants ! Tout les produits de bases sont présents : draps, serviettes, produits vaisselle, etc. Le logement est très confortable et sa localisation nous a permis d’explorer la région avec facilité. Nous conseillons la plage Marina Arborea Strada 26, nous avons adoré son côté sauvage et son eau chaude. Stationnement facile et gratuit.

Bellissimo soggiorno, ci siamo trovati come a casa, La struttura è pulitissima e i proprietari super gentili e super disponibili, il padre di Armando ci ha portato anche un vino per festeggiare il capodanno veramente super cordiale 😊molto consigliato 🫶🏻

Geschmackvoll und mit Stil renoviertes altes Haus im Dorfkern. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit qualitativ sehr guten Geräten; alles sehr neu. Mückengitter an den Fenstern. Kleiner, aber sehr gut ausgestatteter Laden (General Store) gerade beim Haus. Naturnahe Umgebung mit Hügeln und Feldern; in der Ferne die Giara di Gesturi sichtbar (Besuch sehr empfehlenswert). Leider war der auf Airbnb prominent (Hauptbild) dargestellte Pool nicht aufgestellt (bei über 30 Grad🥵); dies sollte bei der Buchung kommuniziert werden.

L'appartamento corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione. Comodo per raggiungere a piedi il centro di Alghero senza dover prendere la macchina, con una passeggiata di circa 20 minuti. L'appartamento è vicino al mare, non molto distante da più di un supermercato e in una posizione dove non è difficile parcheggiare. I ragazzi di Welcomely sono molto gentili e reattivi in caso di domande e richieste.

Great apartment for anyone with a car that wants to have easy parking but close to the center of town. Parked on the street directly in front of the building for free. Five minute walk into the heart of the old city. Access to a washing machine was a plus! Highly recommend Stefania’s place!

We had a fantastic stay in this beautifully appointed apartment in a historic town! The location was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants right at our doorstep. We loved being able to stroll to the beach and enjoy the scenic views. The apartment was very well equipped, making it ideal for cooking and self-catering. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Casa Maria in Alghero Centre, just steps from the main piazza. The location couldn't be more perfect - right in the heart of the old town. The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, if not better. Everything was spotlessly clean, beautifully renovated, and equipped with modern amenities that made our stay incredibly comfortable. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making this space welcoming and functional. Our host, Stefania, was exceptional - always responsive and available for anything we needed, from check-in questions to local recommendations. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Alghero. We would definitely return! 💛

Worth the price! Parking in the area was a bit of a challenge because it was free. Host was very responsive and attempted to let us check in early and let us check out late because there were no incoming guest. Overall the experience was very enjoyable.
