The trade off with staying downtown is that at times you may have to park around the corner. Note; there’s a $25 fee to use the sofa bed.

This sunlit garden suite is located in the heart of the Butterfly Beach neighborhood of Montecito and is the perfect setting for a couple’s romantic getaway or a solo traveler seeking a serene environment. The suite offers a private entrance in the back of our home which is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is a mere 6-minute walk to either Butterfly Beach or Coast Village Road, which is known for its distinctive boutiques and restaurants.

Or, walk a few blocks to Harry's, our favorite watering hole. If you like to hike, Oakview Place is one block to Steven's Park and the Jesusita Trail. Off street parking. No pets.

This apartment is private, quiet, looking out on a lovely garden and orange trees. The living room includes a kitchenette. The bedroom is sunny and the bed is wonderfully comfortable.
