Vacation rentals with breakfast in Santa Barbara

Enjoyed staying at Bryce's place! It was perfect for what we needed! Great size bedroom for two and the bathroom was clean! Will definitely look to stay here again if coming to Santa Barbara. Thank you Bryce for being a great host!

The house sits on a heel looking down the beach and habor. The view from the kitchen through the living room window and the garden is so spectacular that you must see it. (You can go down there by 15 minutes walk as well.) But the view is only second best to the great host and her family. You are at home when you are here. I stayed a month for my work, but I am sure to return with my wife for a vacation.

Oh my, what a beautiful home. Getting in was a breeze, the room was perfect! Heather is the nicest hostess, and super quick on responding to my silly questions. The backyard is an oasis, beautiful trees and flowers. The pool and hot tub are clean and inviting. There are notes that told how to run the hot tub, where to find everything, and if you have any question you just message Heather and she responds quickly with the answer. I have already booked two more stays, so I think that should say it all! Thanks Heather, what a delight it was to stay in your home! See you soon!!!!

Third time staying here. Will hopefully make it a fourth time next year!

Sabrina’s AirBnB is clean and comfortable. Her listing is accurate and we enjoyed the place once we arrived. The only issues we had were finding the place. At the time of our stay Sabrina does not have her actual address in her listing. Even after repeated requests for the actual address before we started our trip she only gave us the address on the evening of our arrival. Since we were coming from an area with limited cell/GPS service it caused us to be lost and that was a bit frustrating.

I can’t say enough how incredible this Airbnb is. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a private and peaceful stay in Los Olivos that doesn’t break the bank. Sharie was an incredible host and super helpful with recommendations. She has literally thought of everything, from spa towels and robes, to umbrellas and furniture brushes. The place is set on the most beautiful property with tons of outdoor peaceful sitting areas. And the best part is it’s just a very short walk to all the restaurants and wineries in town. We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at Bath Street Inn! The location was perfect—just a short walk to State Street. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast (plus the cookies!) was absolutely delicious. Our room was exactly as described and felt so cozy and comfortable. We’ll definitely be returning the next time we’re in town!

beautiful place to stay, I didn't want to leave. the house was beautiful and the room was easy to find. as you walk up to the house you're surrounded by an assortment of plants that really tie in to coastal california. the host has cookies coffee and water available to guest throughout the day. it's a 16 minute walk to the downtown area. the walk is beautiful and safe. The host will text you with time slots on when you want breakfast. do not pass up the breakfast.

The Hobbit Hole was such an unique and whimsical experience. You can tell Rod put in a tremendous amount of thoughts and work that went into building this experience. The check in process was super smooth, and Rod and Adria were both extremely helpful and friendly. We got local history as well as restaurant recommendations from them. The stay was comfortable and cozy, with Los Alamos feeling like a town stuck in the point in time. Right next to the property is the Union Hotel which looks straight out of an old western movie. 5/5 would recommend to any Lord of the Rings/Hobbit fans. I can't wait to come back for other experience on the property.

shoshana and rick are the sweetest! felt like i'd known them for years; the experience is reminiscent of staying with dear relatives you haven't seen in awhile. they value their guests and it really shows. very cozy room in a beautiful home, with gorgeous surroundings. i had a great night's sleep breakfast + coffee in the morning was the cherry on top :-)

Hands down my favorite stay! Loved this spot and can’t wait to go back!!

Had a wonderful stay. Me and my boyfriend loved our room. The unique details and effort put into creating an experience and special atmosphere are worth the money. A kind lady named Denise met us and gave us a brief history of the mansion, gave us great local recommendations and explained everything in the room to us. The breakfast they served us was delicious. We can’t recommend this place enough and were excited to come back and try another room!

Food was amazing, stay was nice. Our room was the Garden room and on the bottom floor and right next to the common area so sometimes we could hear the main guests. However, the walls were decently sound proof and the noise didn’t bother us.

Rod was great, super helpful and detail oriented but not overbearing. We really enjoyed our stay in Los Alamos and will definitely come back.
