Private and Cozy Studio

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

A charming outdoor patio area features two woven chairs positioned around a small table. A large umbrella provides shade, and decorative pots with vibrant plants add color against the white wall background. An outdoor fireplace is located on the left side, enhancing the cozy atmosphere.

Petite Retreat; Artist Studio

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

The sleeping area features a spacious bed adorned with soft white linens and multiple decorative pillows. Natural light filters through three windows, illuminating the warm wooden floor. Additional furnishings include nightstands with lamps and a plant, creating a serene and inviting space.

The house has a gated private entrance with a keypad locked front door. Soak in the hot tub and gaze at the night sky. The cabana is small but has everything you need. Comfortable, queen sized bed, full bathroom, WiFi. Please note, there is no TV. We do have a dog but he is on the other side of the fence.
