It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. Gorgeous family friendly 2 rm - 12 min to Disney

Brand new July 2022 and spacious studio 12 minutes to Disneyland. High end appliances and a washer and dryer. Living room has barn-style doors leading into the bedroom. When barn-doors are closed, living room couch can be made into a queen size sofa bed and it gives you the feel of a 2-bedroom unit. I have another unit next to this incase you need more space or traveling with other family/friends.
