Hello! We’ve had such a wonderful experience, we got married at the beach over the weekend and stayed here with our pup. Every was nicely cleaned and organized and very very cozy. Towels, coffee , kitchen stuff was all included . We had bought water before hand but the refrigerator had a Ice and water maker which made it even better , perfect open space with a restaurant next store and there was a private entrance with a lil back patio which was nice ! We will definitely be back ! The hosts were all so friendly and responsive! Thank you for having us ! 🤍

Perfect for our visit to see our daughter who lives in the area. Nice place and very clean. The beach chairs and umbrella were an added bonus!

My family and I stayed here for 13 days in June. The unit is comfortable, there are good amenities including a kiddie pool for your kids, and the people in the building are friendly. The location is very close to some good restaurants and shopping, and is about a 20 minute drive to Disneyland. Alex was very responsive and was willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our stay was comfortable.

The place was so clean and comfortable. I loved having our own restroom and washer and dryer. The unit was spacious and spotless. Will def stay here next time I am in OC.

The directions for entry were very precise including pictures. Unfortunately for us during a really hot spell, the ac had an issue when we checked in. Farah did everything she could to resolve the situation. She brought in maintenance as quickly as possible. She brought a portable ac which really cooled most of the area. She comped dinner the first night. She offered to send us to another apt owned by her brother which was available. The ac was repaired on our last day, but we had been mostly out of the apt through the day, so it was not a big inconvenience. The portable ac saved us. While the trip had its hiccups, I couldn’t have asked for a better host response. Would definitely recommend this listing as it was convenient to shopping and restaurants with walking.

This condo is amazing! Super clean, super cozy, super friendly, the host. Mahi was so helpful and responded immediately! The area has great restaurants, lots of entertainment, walking areas, and although it’s next to the interstate, which makes it super convenient, but it’s still super quiet! I give it five stars!!!⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Amazing stay. Use to live in the building and loved the familiarity. Corner spot has the best views. Great host. Will stay again.

The space was suited to my needs. The only real issues were: - the walls are thin and you can hear everything your neighbor is up to. The second evening of my stay the neighbor had their TV blasting beyond 2AM. I assumed they fell asleep with the TV on, but it was a bother. - I thought it was odd the advertised and initially provided addresses were incorrect.

Host is very communicative, they sent out the instructions very specific, the apartment have a great location, clean and neat. Recommended

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Everything you need to feel at home. The grounds are beautiful and you feel safe. They have a great cafe in the complex which was convenient for coffee and nibbles right around the corner. The location worked perfect for us. Whole Food and restaurants were walkable. A beautiful outdoor mall with more restaurants within 5 minutes. Short 20 minute drive to Laguna beach. We would recommend and would stay here again.

Cozy space and great location about .5 mile walk to Huntington Beach and 1.5 mile walk to Huntington Beach pier. Perfect home for a weekend getaway with our 3 month old! Would love to stay again!

Jan and Dale's place felt like home. When we arrived we had a nice surprise from them, snacks, a bottle of wine and fresh flowers. The neighborhood felt friendly and it was a 5 minute drive from the beach. They exceeded our expectations and we hope to return soon!

Enjoyed the stay. The place was nice and clean. It is close to shopping plaza including H mart. The host provided clear instructions and was very responsive.

Great place to stay. Great location, walkable distance to restaurants. Clean, private, well furnished. Lots of additional things are provided (I.e filtered water, eating utensils, bowls, plates, detergent, extra blankets, extra towels, shampoo, conditioner). It has everyone we needed and more

We had a wonderful stay in Andrew’s unit! I’m very particular about cleanliness so it was a breath of fresh air to see how clean the space was. We loved having a designated parking space and also having access to amenities like the pool and gym. We frequent visiting SoCal at least 2x a year so we’re excited to plan our next stay soon!
