Finamente decorado, la mejor calidad en electrodomesticos, TV ULTRAMODERNO, mejor Ubicacion, cerca del mar, estacion de bus, estacion de tren. Imnumerables bares, restaurantes, grandes supermercados, farmacias y todo lo necesario para disfrutar unas excelentes vacaciones. No es necesario el automovil, pero de todos modos hay explanada, tambien parking de pago y disponemos de parking (gratuito),techado en cercanias. Plaza de 13 M2, mide 5x2,60, para coches pequeño + moto o bicicletas.

On the ground floor there is a beautiful common shaded garden of 70 m² with a barbecue. The villa is 150 m from the beach and 150 m from the village square where there are many restaurants and bars.
