Our apartment EARTH has been renovated. We have decorated it with all our love, leaving it as if it were for us to live. It has everything you need to feel at home: smart TV, 500Mbs wifi, the mattresses are new, air conditioning and fans in the rooms. And it has a small Andalusian patio with pots to brighten the view. The apartment is on a ground floor, so there are no stairs to climb. It has two double bedrooms, one with a bed of 160 x 200 cm and the other with two beds of 90 x 200 cm (which are joined to make a bed of 180 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms have access to the bathroom and look at the small Andalusian patio. It has a spacious living room with a sofa with chaise longe, a 40 "smart TV, high speed internet (500Mbs). Next door is the fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, toaster, kettle, blender, coffee maker, etc.), and a dining table for four. It has an air conditioning / heater in the living room, and each room has a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a spacious shower tray. Everything is completely new, everything is to be released.

It has a double bed, refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, TV, sofa and air conditioning. Its location on a ground floor with a separate entrance makes access very convenient. Being in the heart of downtown, you may hear more noise than usual due to the activity in the area. If you are looking for a very quiet place to stay, this studio may not be the best option.
