House vacation rentals in Sanlameer

This was our second time staying in this home, and we loved it yet again! Amazing location and views, great beach vibes and a spacious, comfortable and interesting house with everything we needed. While some of the interior decor looks a little tired, this seems to be due to the natural effects of a coastal location, and it didn’t detract from our stay. The maid, Mosley, was efficient and unobtrusive, and paying her a little extra to come in every day was totally worth it!

The perfect spot on the coast. The house and the views are just fantastic. And the help, Doris, is the sweetest lady. The beach is just outside and the area feels safe. Thanks! We were 3 familes - 10 people aged 12-61.

Really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was very well suited to our golf group with each couple enjoying a neat bedroom with on-suite bathrooms. Beautiful views of both the golf course and sea. Will definitely be back

We loved every inch of the place and made the most of the many amenities available. Beautiful interior: The design has an artistic, natural appeal, with Nicola’s personal and thoughtful touches that really showcase her creativity. Beautiful exterior and surroundings: A spacious yard perfect for a picnic, a braai area, and a stunning garden. An exceptional host: Nicola was incredibly friendly, proactive, and responsive. We felt completely at home—it was like visiting family. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for peace and serenity. We’ll definitely return. Honestly, I don’t even want to waste time looking for another place—if it’s not available, I’ll just change my dates, lol. Thank you, Nicola, for making our trip so memorable.

Perfect get away place for family and friends

Fantastic home great sea views and a good pool with outside entertainment areas. Perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends lots of space and well laid out for privacy when many people are using the facility. Loved the games, books, beach toys and kids toys that were there made the stay very comfortable. Also had plastic cups and plates for the kids which was wonderful. The kitchen had everything one could need and we didn't lack anything. The place is homey. Small niceties were provided like tea, coffee,soap, salt, pepper, oil, ice which helped to ensure we didn't need to buy those annoying things one normally forgets to pack. We had a great stay and can totally recommend the place.

The stay was so beautiful. We couldn't get any closer to the beach and it was amazing to just open a gate and literally stand on the beach. If you are a nature lover willing to rough it up in a beautiful cozy historic cottage then I will definitely suggest this experience. The view of the ocean is breathless. The home is spacious and open planned. The kitchen has a gas hob which was great during load shedding and is also equipped with an easy to start generator that powered up the lights and essentials. There is also a huge water tank that was filled prior to our arrival due to the water woes currently being experienced in Southbroom. We had a lovely family holiday in a very relaxing home. It felt like a home away from home. The outside area and deck is adequate in size. It was the perfect place to have a morning coffee and look for sea life. The dining room looks out towards the sea. The main beach is a short drive from The house and is great with the option of sand or a grass beach. There is also another beach with a granny pool that is lovely for smaller kids. We took our dogs with on holiday and they loved it. There are new built in cupboards in the rooms and the stay was great! We would choose this home again when returning to Southbroom.

A Hidden Gem We had the most incredible experience at this stunning vacation home! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that no detail had been overlooked. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it a pleasure to cook our own meals. The outdoor space was a highlight – the private patio, complete with comfortable seating and a lovely garden, was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. What really set this place apart, though, was the host. They were exceptionally welcoming, providing us with all the information we needed and going above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. From personalized local recommendations , we truly felt like guests in a home, not just renters. If you're considering a stay here, don’t hesitate – you won’t be disappointed! We’re already planning our next visit and can’t wait to return.

This place was the perfect spot for our visit to the beach. Walking distance to a lovely beach for exploring rock pools, plus a perfect, wide open view of the ocean from every spot in the house! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook up some great meals, including a nice Weber braai. Lots of space for kids to play and explore. We would definitely recommend it!

It is a beautiful place. The walk to the beach is about 3 minutes and wildcoast is about 10 minutes away. It is a nice getaway and definitely worth the price.

Thank you so much, Lucy, for allowing us a very last minute check in. We were welcomed with a bottle of Seaward wine by Precious who was on hand to clean and do washing and ironing for us like a little cleaning fairy who just somehow alway had everything perfect for us. We really loved the dstv for the cooler evenings. The sea views from every single balcony were second to none and the rocking chair on the patio was my favourite. The garden is huge and our dogs loved it. The house is big and spacious, plenty of room for 3 generations of family without feeling claustrophobic at all. The garage was very handy for storing our trailer in it. There is a full alarm system but we didn’t feel the need to use it because we felt extremely safe. My dad really enjoyed daily walks to Ramsgate spar which is so close by. My husband and I loved watching the sun rise over the ocean from the lounge with coffee in hand! Thank you!

Inyoni exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is one in a million. A pristine beach that had everything. Good swimming, shark nets and lifeguards. A great tidal "pool" quite small but perfect for kids and dogs to have a paddle and grownups to plop your butt in and just chill for hours. Only homes immediately on the beach had access, so nice and private. The house... It is perfect, set in the most exquisite garden, with a summer house. The jacuzzi was vacuumed daily, was lovely to sit in with a cocktail after a day on the beach. There is everything, every appliance, utensil. Beautiful linens, comfortable furniture, fun little bar, plenty of fridge and freezer space and pantry. The staff were incredible, Thandi is a sweetheart, she really looked after us and even did our washing which was not expected. Mawakhe the induna had the braai clean and jacuzzi vacummed by 7.30 every morning. We will be back, it is an absolute treasure.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Monique & Anton's Airbnb, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. This was our seventh time in San Lameer, and this unit truly stands out above the rest. The place is tastefully decorated, with high-quality cutlery, crockery, and crisp linen that made it feel so luxurious. The big patio was perfect for relaxing, and the unit is even more beautiful and spacious in person than in the photos. Monique and Anton are such thoughtful hosts – they were incredibly helpful and responsive, always ensuring we had everything we needed. We also appreciated the sweet extra touches that made us feel so welcome. We highly recommend this lovely place to anyone looking for a special stay in San Lameer!

We had an awesome stay at Shale Beach House. It has everything you need; you don't have to drive anywhere. It is such a peaceful private area; the sea is literally on your doorstep. We loved the jacuzzi bath, jacuzzi and rim flow pool and the permanent ice maker, but there is so many things that make it comfortable to stay in! Wilson was a delight to deal with, had a really easy check in, he always around if you need anything. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Nelius for opening up your beautiful home!

We had a lovely 2 weeks in Southbroom. The house was very comfortable and spacious with a gorgeous covered balcony looking out over the bush. The house had everything we needed and the setting was quiet and peaceful - we even saw a pair of bushbuck in the garden ☺️ Sarah was a lovely host. Thank you for a superb stay!

We had a wonderful stay in Munster in this beautiful home. Lyzette was very responsive, friendly and helpful. The house was clean and spacious with a great entertaining area and a beautiful garden. It was very peaceful and private. The house is a short walk away from Aunty's Bay which is a quiet beach with places to swim and rocks to explore. We also enjoyed the pool on hot days. Excellent location. Thanks Lyzette we had a fantastic time and will definitely recommend the place to others - and hope to return ourselves!

The house was IMMACULATE! The host and the staff were so helpful and welcoming.Mam Annie was so sweet and patient with us.The house was clean and spacious and accommodated all of us as a family. The pictures do not do the house any justice! We will definitely be coming back again but for longer this time ! We LOVED it there❤️

We had such a beautiful, lovely and peaceful holiday. The house was immaculate, clean and safe. Very beautifully decorated and planned out. 4 bedrooms, with 4 ensuites. U won't find a fault.
