Sehr schöne Unterkunft und sehr ruhige Umgebung. Die Gastgeberin ist auch ziemlich freundlich. 10 Minuten zu Bushaltestelle gut erreichbar.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen! Der Pool war auch gut temperiert sowie die dazugehörigen Dusche hatte Warmwasser bei Bedarf , auch Sonnenliegen stehen zur Verfügung . Die Wohnung mit grossem Balkon ist wirklich ein Traum … der Ausblick macht den Aufenthalt perfekt. Birgit und Christian sind echt zu empfehlen!! Alles bestens, schöne Altbauwohnung wie auf den Fotos. Gute Lage, schnell bei den Straßenbahnen, Einkaufszentrum ums Eck, man ist schnell bei der Donau/Hauptplatz/Altstadt. aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Ausstattung der Küche mit dem Nötigsten für sehr einfaches Kochen ausreichend. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido appartamento per una settimana,è stato tutto perfetto , la cura con cui Michela ha arredato questa casa sia per i mmobili che per gli accessori denota quanto abbia a cuore il soggiorno dei suoi ospiti. Camere ampie e soggiorno con vetrate che danno su un balcone vista tramonto impagabile, la cucina ben accessoriata ci ha permesso di ospitare a cena più volte anche mio figlio che vive in Amstetten. La posizione è molto comoda a due passi dalla stazione e dal centro e anche per il parcheggio non abbiamo avuto problemi seguendo le indicazioni di Michela. Anche la nostra cagnolona yuma si è trovata subito a suo agio quindi che dire torneremo sicuramente in futuro sarà la nostra casa in Amstetten !!

Mario ist ein sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Vermieter der sich persönlich erkundigt hat ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war immer ohne Probleme. Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur bestens weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Elisabeth und Andreas

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It felt like home the moment we walked through the door and the kids loved the “secret room.” Everything we needed to cook was also in the kitchen. The apartment was quiet, very clean, and a super close walk to the old town and touristic areas. Really nice base for visiting the town, we wish we’d stayed longer!

Stefan was incredibly responsive and friendly. He was accommodating with our schedule and made sure we had everything we needed. His place was very clean and is located in a fantastic spot right next to the main square. We have two young children (3 and 1) and this space was perfect for them, with plenty of living space and sleeping accommodations. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend this apartment to others traveling to Linz!

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious penthouse! The space was not only beautifully designed but also perfect for creating memories—our family took so many great pictures during our stay. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and had a truly upscale feel that made our visit extra special. The owner and host were both extremely friendly and accommodating. They were very flexible with our check-in and check-out times, which made our trip much more convenient and stress-free. We truly enjoyed every moment here and would absolutely love to return in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay!

Remekül éreztük magunkat, egy másfél éves gyerekkel is. A lakás a babának is biztonságos volt, Tobi és Olivia pedig nagyon figyelmes és kedves szállásadóink voltak. A lakás rendkívül tiszta és rendezett, a szauna pedig nagyon kellemes a nap végén. Csak ajánlani tudom a helyet a környékre érkezőknek.

Ich bin so dankbar für die gemütliche Wohnung, in die ich immer wieder gerne zurückkomme. Ich fühle mich dort sehr wohl und es ist ruhig obwohl man im Zentrum wohnt. Ute und Karl sind sehr wertschätzende und umsichtige Menschen, man fühlt sich willkommen. Ich freue mich auf ein Wiedersehen🙂

Superschönes Appartment mitten in der Altstadt von Cesky Krumlov. Sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Man hat alles, was man braucht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wueder

최고의 숙소였습니다. 친절한 호스트와 크고 귀여운 강아지 알프스 산맥을 연상케 하는 집풍경들 별이 쏟아져 내리는 밤 하늘 아기자기한 실내 소품과 몸을 한번에 감싸는 침구 등 너무너무 좋습니다. 다시 한번 오스트리아에 온다면 꼭 들리겠습니다!!

Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft, großartig für Familien, schöne Gegend, wir kommen gern wieder.

Wir hatten eine super tolle Zeit. Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet. Karin ist bemüht einem den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, reichlich und geschmückt von selbstgemachten Kuchen, Yoghurt ... sowie frischem Obst. Wir würden uns freuen wieder einmal vorbei schauen zu können.

Fantastic modern apartment in the heart of the village; designed and equipped to a very high standard

Andy ist ein äußerst freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Das Zimmer ist funktional eingerichtet und verfügt über eine kleine Küche sowie eine Nespresso-Maschine mit Kapseln. Das Bett war sehr bequem – ich habe hervorragend geschlafen. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Das Badezimmer befindet sich außerhalb des Zimmers.

Nagyon elégedettek voltunk mindennel. A szállásadóval a foglalástól az elutazás napjáig tartottuk a kapcsolatot, végig elérhető volt, mindenben segített. Program és étterem tippeket is kaptunk tőle a környéken. Késő este érkeztünk, de ez nem volt gond, a kulcsot könnyen át tudtuk venni egy boxból. Aranyos meglepetések vártak minket az asztalon és nespresso kávé bekészítés. A szállás teljesen elvarázsolt minket, többet nyújtott nekünk, mint egy 5 csillagos hotel. Tágas szobák és terek, patika tisztaság, jó felszereltség és kényelem jellemezte. Tökéletesen ki tudtunk itt kapcsolódni, nyugalom és a csend jellemzi az épületet és környékét. 20 perc kellemes sétával megközelíthető innen Mariazell központ. Emellett esős napokra is van kikapcsolódási lehetőség a szálláson: Netflix, társasjátékok, pezsgőfürdő a kertben, szauna a szomszéd épületben (2 euro/20 perc). Jó szívvel ajánlom mindenkinek, az eddigi legjobb szállás, ahol valaha voltunk!

Amazing location with lots to do! Easy to get to the main train station to visit other areas of Austria. Accommodation was fantastic and very clean with a great view. Daniela was very responsive and easy to contact!

Wir waren ein langes Wochenende bei Gerti auf dem Hof. Viel Ruhe und Platz. Sehr schöne Gegend und viele Möglichkeiten Zeit in der Natur zu verbringen.

Die Unterkunft mitsamt Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet und praktisch. Wir wurden sehr gut aufgenommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Umwerfendes Airbnb über den Dächern von Linz. Sauber und top ausgestattet. Kommunikation mit den sehr freundlichen Gastgebern einwandfrei. Nur zu empfehlen!

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie auf den Fotos – sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Lage war perfekt: ruhig, aber dennoch nah an allem, was man braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastfreundschaft des Hosts – super freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!
