The public beach Loibichl is about 3 km away and the center of Mondsee is 8 km away. The festival city of Salzburg can be reached in 30 minutes by car. The attic of this private house has been converted into a very special, large 115 m² apartment, with a spacious living-dining area with glass front to the covered balcony, topped by a fantastic view of the lake and the mountains.

The high-quality apartment for 1-4 people is located on the ground floor of our family home. In summer time it is naturally fresh. It has a bright living-dining area with a couch and TV element. The large bedroom offers a 180 cm box spring bed and an included private bathroom. The smaller bedroom has a 140 cm box spring bed. There is another bathroom with shower/toilet. The small but nice kitchenette offers best comfort.
