Die Reinigungspauschale ist für bis zu 2 Erwachsene & 2 Kinder 50€. Bei 3-4 Erwachsenen sind für den 3. & 4. Gast pro Kopf 5€ zusätzlich vor Ort zu zahlen (also max. 60€ Endreinigung). Die Gemeinde Puchberg hebt zudem eine Kurtaxe pro Erwachsener von 3€/Nacht ein, die ebenfalls vor Ort hinzu kommt.

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

This 100 year old wooden house is surrounded on 3 sides by forest and offers a wonderful view of the Rax. The south-facing, sunny view extends from the Rax to the Preiner Gschaid. The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.
